Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Regensburg ausreichend und mit kleinen Abstrichen empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, so dass man das Auto in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen kann und zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreicht.
Die Tiefgarage bietet zwar ausreichend Parkplätze und ist hell und sauber, aber leider für die aktuell oft großen Fahrzeuge doch recht eng bemessen. Sehr schade, dass man das bei einem Neubau nicht berücksichtigt.
Das Zimmer war freundlich und sauber, die Dusche wirklich angenehm groß.
Es ließ sich super gut verdunkeln.
Das Bett war groß genug für 2 Personen und bequem.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Toll fanden wir, dass es schon ab 4 Uhr morgens ein kleines Frühstück gibt. Und auch ein spätes für Langschläfer.

Cons:

Irritierend war, dass der Empfang bei unserer Ankunft gegen 17 Uhr für mehr als 10 Minuten nicht besetzt war. Obwohl wir online eingecheckt hatten, konnten wir so nicht aufs Zimmer. Die Dame kam dann irgendwann von draußen und hatte offensichtlich in aller Ruhe eine Zigarette geraucht. Pausen sind okay, aber ein unbesetzter Empfang mitten am Tag in einem so großen Hotel mit diesen Qualitätsansprüchen geht leider so gar nicht.
Ebenfalls ungewöhnlich war, dass es pro Person nur ein Duschhandtuch auf dem Zimmer gab. Üblicherweise gibt es ein kleines Handtuch für die Hände/das Gesicht und ein großes Handtuch zum Duschen.
Die Kopfkissen hatten keine so gute Qualität, das hat den Schlafkomfort leider eingeschränkt.
Wie bereits erwähnt waren die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage recht eng bemessen.

Gut gelegen, preislich erschwinglich, sehr sauberes und freundliches Haus

zentral; für meine Zwecke gut; Tiefgarage leicht erreichbar;

Cons:

fehlende Minibar; hatte kühlpflichtige Medikamente dabei, war nicht möglich; kleine Handtücher nicht vorhanden, lediglich großes Badetuch, kein Telefon im Zimmer, kein Verzeichnis der Telefonnummern des Hauses - nur über QR-Code einige Infos erhältlich
