Nettes Hotel mit dicken Abstrichen

Die Lage am Waldrand ist sehr schön. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Das Frühstück und das hinzugebuchte Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Dusche hat nicht funktioniert und es gab kein Ersatzzimmer. Das Hotel war überbucht. Es war keine Person der Geschäftsführung zu sprechen (Wochenende). Die Rezeption ist nicht ständig besetzt. Einchecken geht dann nur online. Auschecken geht nur online. Beim Anrufen der Rezeption spricht man mit einer KI-Person. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl.

Es war ok wenn das Hotel ein bisschen aufgefrischt wird und etwas sauber würden wir nochmal kommem

Das Personal war sehr freundlich die Lage perfekt

Sauberkeit ( viele Spinnennetze viel Staub) bei den
Jacken hacken waren die nägel lose viel kunzliche Pflanzen....Die Ankage ungepflegt hier und dort ein neuer Anstrich wäre gut Auflagen auf hängeschaukel oder liegen war leider Schimmel da diese nachts draußen lagen
Im hotel keine Zahlung möglich das Abendessen war leider auch nicht so gut deswegen sind wir dann essen gegangen Brötchen von Abendessen wurden beim Frühstück nochmal angeboten. Und leider sehr Hellhörig wir haben unsere Nachtbarn Schnarchen gehört.

Pros:

De rustige ligging, heerlijk ontbijt en diner, de schommelbanken en hangmatten op het terrein.

Cons:

De kamer was niet schoon gemaakt. Er lag nog een haarelastiek van de vorige gasten naast ons bed. Bovendien zaten er overal spinnenwebben. Jammer. Op Booking.com werd aangegeven dat er elke dag schoonmaak zou zijn maar dit was alleen op aanvraag. Een koelkast was ook wel prettig geweest.
