Nice except for Meagan
Pros:

Most the staff was warm and inviting, the place was nice nice

Cons:

Meagan at nights I won't get into details because everyone I meet before and after her were so pleasant I will disregard her actions but send Meagan home if she is the one with blonde tips on her hair that works nights super rude dude lady

Great place to stay with every amenity you could want! Great food and service.
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Great food, great staff, great cooks and reception staff and bar staff! Met Fidel the bartender and it was like we were old friends! He made the stay even nicer!! Graciela kept the dining area spic and span!

Cons:

The only issue was the shower curtain. We were in a wheelchair accessable room and the shower curtain was about a foot off the floor causing a lot of water to splash on the rest of the bathroom floor. If it was longer to about an inch off the floor there would have been probably no splash water on the floor and not slippery....

large room and great for family of four
Pros:

We love the embassy suites for the managers evening reception which is always a great way to meet other guests. We also love the made to order omlettes at breakfast. The rooms are always big and the beds including the sofa bed for our teenage daughter are comfortable.

Cons:

Would have loved it if the indoor pool was a bit warmer. I think the carpets down by the convention rooms might need a deep clean, smelt like spilt drinks and vomit every time we walked out that entrance to the car park.

Great Experience
Pros:

The spacious rooms and the breakfast.

Cons:

I was not aware of the extra charges for a pet. They were a lot. You might let people know this upfront.
