Convenience and cleanliness.
Not enough room to eat breakfast in the breakfast area
We had to stay at the Embassy Suites for six nights because a family member was very sick at the hospital across the street. We were so pleased with the hotel and the kindness of the staff as we had to extend our stay many times during the time we were there.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious (not a suite) with a work area, fridge and microwave, a large bathroom and a comfortable king-sized bed. The hotel amenities were amazing. Breakfast was far beyond what you'd expect, many choices hot and cold, an omelet station, made to order pancakes, waffles and fried eggs. It was definitely the best free breakfast we've had in any hotel.
Every evening there was a manager's reception with two free drinks and a variety of cheeses, vegetables, crackers and dips.
If I had to change one thing about this hotel, I would say it needs a business center, but they will print for you if needed.
Sadly, our family member passed away, and the hotel staff was very kind and understanding about changing reservations and there were many areas in the hotel for us to gather.
Room was clean and staff was excellent.
Got the 2 room suite so we could lounge on the sofa and watch TV but the TV wouldn't work. When we checked out the staff apologized briefly and that was it. We were disappointed that we paid for a suite and didn't get to use it for the reason we got it. We stay there every 2 weeks.

The room we had was like it was chopped off and diagonal. It felt claustrophobic. It was a studio but not a full square room. I didn’t like it

Bar and breakfast
Air conditioning was lacking in my room, very warm at night.
Breakfast was wonderful. The staff is fabulous (Fidel is excellent, and the ladies at breakfast are great). Our hotel bed was comfortable and we slept well. The managers reception is fun, good drinks and snacks.
The pool deck drain didn’t seem to work well and always had some standing water around it. However, it didn’t stop us from swimming each day we stayed.
