Hotel falha na missão principal, o conforto da acomodação.
Pros:

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, bem pertinho do Centro Cívico, o que permite fazer alguns passeios andando. Destaca-se também pela beleza, com vista privilegiada para o lago Nahuel e pras montanhas nevadas.

Cons:

O hotel falha na missão principal, o conforto da acomodação. O quarto em que nos hospedamos ficava no mesmo andar do restaurante, cujo barulho começava por volta das 6 da manhã, tanto dos funcionários do restaurante preparando o café da manhã, quanto dos hóspedes conversando a caminho do restaurante. A cama também não era muito confortável (duas camas conjugadas em que se percebe a junção e de tamanho pequeno, onde muitas vezes ficávamos com os pés para fora da cama), além de barulhenta (rangido incômodo o suficiente para nos acordar).

Hotel tem excelente localização e vista, o meu quarta tinha acesso para o jardim e vista direta p lago. Porém ao chegarmos ficamos presos no elevador e demorou um tempo, fiquei chamando no alarme e cheguei a chamar o hotel pelo WhatsApp e ninguém respondeu, depois de um bom tempo o elevador subiu sozinho e abriu, não veio ninguém nos ajudar ou ver se estava tudo bem, outra questão foi a internet que estava horrível não funcionou e tambm não fomos informados disso no Check-in, tive que usar a minha Starlink que estava no meu carro, sorte se não teria ficado desconectado os dias que passei lá. Pelo valor que paguei não valeu, levando em consideração esses problemas, tentei um desconto que não obtive resposta.

I loved the comfort and charm of the hotel. It has a beautiful vintage, chalet-like feel and is right by the lake. The views are amazing, and the pool is definitely a highlight. The breakfast was super complete and delicious. Room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Overall, a beautiful and cozy stay!

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was quite slow and intermittent during our stay. Service was somewhat inconsistent, particularly at the reception and café bar. Some staff were very kind and helpful, while others could have been a bit warmer and more welcoming.

Excelentes instalações. Bom restaurante. Piscina aquecida e coberta em área ampla. Salão de jogos e salão de estar muito bons também.

Cons:

Saí bastante cedo do hotel e o meu carro estava bloqueado por outros dois carros no estacionamento. O funcionário responsável retirou apenas um deles o que acabou dificultando a minha saída, obrigando-me a realizar diversas manobras. O funcionário mesmo vendo a minha dificuldade, permaneceu apenas observando, sem qualquer atitude de ajuda ou retirada do outro veículo.
