Quisiera destacar la limpieza y la cordialidad del personal del restaurante; fueron súper atentos y amables en todo momento. Lamentablemente, no tuve la misma experiencia en recepción. Siento que falta más cordialidad en esa área; aunque no es algo generalizado, la actitud de dos personas en particular empaña la excelente atención del resto del equipo

Pensé que era mejor. No creo regrese.

La verdad que esperaba otra cosa mas superior.
Lo único bueno la ubicación y que tuvimos lugar para dejar el auto en el estacionamiento sin problemas.
El personal muy amable,

No se condice el precio con la calidad. Las habitación que nos toco, si bien con una vista espectacular del lago, fue ruidosa. Por arriba teníamos una terraza que cuando la limpiaban o había gente se producía ruido en la habitación. Muy mal,
Además frente al desayunador/restaurant. Mal diseño.
Dos de los veladores uno ubicado en el escritorio y otro de pie, estaba con telarañas, se ve que la limpieza no paso por ahí.
La pava eléctrica no tiene enchufe cerca.
Poca Iluminación en la habitación.
El menu del restaurant no me gusto y muy poco variado. Solo para ir una vez y basta. No se puede elegir mucho y menos de postres. Una lastima.

Perfeita!
Pros:

Excelente hotel, com acomodações muito boas e um cafe da manhã maravilhoso. Fazer os passeios e chegar cansada no hotel, podendo descansar e relaxar no spa e sauna fez muita diferença. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Volterei com certeza!!! Sem contar na vista sensacional do hotel.

Recomendable personas de cualquier rango etario, por sus dependencias y ubicación.
Pros:

Las dependencias se encuentran muy bien ubicadas, existiendo un buen equilibrio precio/calidad. De la misma forma, el aseo es excelente, al igual que la atención de sus colaboradores. El Spa simplemente genial para recargar energías. La vista que tenia la habitación, en primera línea al lago. También cenamos en su restaurant, que sorprendió gratamente calidad y precio.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama estaba muy rígido y el baño que no tenía iluminación natural.
