Wonderful hotel with great views over the lake .we had a grand comfort room and it was .lovely bay window looking out over the lake .
Easy walk into town yet quiet .
A very comfortable room , very good staff.breakfast was extremely good with a mouthwatering selection of sweet and savoury foods .
Highly recommend
It's a great location on the edge of town with a view over the lake to the mountains beyond. There's a nice place for lunch and a beer on the reception floor (the hotel confusingly has floors above and below reception), and an excellent restaurant for the buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. The room was really good too.

Nada, pior experiência que já tive em um hotel.
O atendimento da equipe deixou a desejar. Localização ruim e dificuldades para caminhar nas caçadas em função de abandono. Os quartos não possuem isolamento acústico, pois todas as noites era possível ouvir risadas e “gemidos altos” vindos do quarto ao lado, batidas de cama, além de roncos e barulho de crianças até tarde. Não tem ar-condicionado. Banheiro pequeno e com risco de queda para idoso tomar banho dentro da banheira. A rua do hotel é muito barulhenta a noite toda pelos carros e motos que passam em alta velocidade. Alguns itens do café da manhã são controlados, sendo necessário esperar alguém servir e, quando chegam, demonstram mau humor. A equipe de limpeza entrou no meu quarto e fez limpeza sem permissão, possivelmente na tentativa de obter gorjeta. Quem faz reserva pelo Booking não é tratado como cliente e, por isso, não recebe qualquer tipo de suporte.

La ubicación es excelente. Hotel tiene todas las comodidades. Muy buen desayuno, salida al lago, excelente spa. Personal muy amable.
Lo único que no me gusto era algo relacionado con la habitación. No tenía extractor de aire en el baño y durante los días calurosos hacia demasiado calor y sin extractor esto se empeoraba. Tengo que destacar que me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación y me dieron ventilador. No quise cambiar y el ventilador mejoró la instancia mucho. En lo demás todo era maravilloso.

Nous reservons en direct car nous etions de passage et le receptionniste parlant francais nous indique qu il ne reste qu une chambre a 192 dollars us et donc nous payons en CB 192 dollars TTC et le lendemain nous consultons notre compte et sommes debites de 209$95 Le receptionniste nous indique que c est normal ,,,,,,En plus dans notre chambre pas wifi donc pas de Netflix ni youtube et le matin pas d electricite dans notre chambre Nous avons du aller a la reception. After two weeks in Patagonia we arrived to Cacinque Inacayal - the best hotel on our trip. The location is astonishing, on the lake, the facility includes heated pool, Jacuzzi, spa - excellent for vacation.
