Amazing experience, vibey hotel and incredibly attentive and helpful staff. Spa and pool services were also amazing. Really clean rooms and stunning views.

Cons:

Variety of the things in breakfast was nice however lots of the things especially the pastries were dried out since they serve it in an open area for hours.

TUDO. O Hotel é incrível, muito confortável, bonito, quarto com roupas de cama e banho limpos e cheirosos, limpeza impecável, serviço de quarto é realizado todos os dias, muito bom! Café da manhã espetacular, maravilhoso com muitas opções e diversidades, sendo reposto toda hora. Vista do hotel e localização excelentes, conseguimos ir andando para vários locais, centro, restaurantes, catedral. Atendimento dos funcionários impecável, todos muitos simpáticos, educados, felizes. Enfim, nota 10 em tudo, amamos nossa estadia e indicaria para todos o hotel!

Exceptionally rude waiter in the bar, very poor service in the restaurant at dinner. Room was large with tiny badly designed bathroom

Passamos o aniversário da minha esposa nesse hotel e foi uma experiência maravilhosa! Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, o quarto e a estrutura eram ótimos, e a vista linda! Recomendo muito. Além de ser perto para caminhar para o centro, mas longe do movimento.

La temperatura de la piscina , ellos dicen que estaba en 32° pero estoy segura que no era así, estaba fresca, la diferencia con el jacuzzi que estaba a 36° era abismal.
