Hotel bonito bem decorado, com vista sensacional e bem ao lado do lago, e café da manhã bom e completo (um brunch). O Spa/piscina aquecida é o grande atrativo para um dia não que for fazer passeio. Localização boa, embora não seja bem no centro, é uma caminhada curta até lá. (Uns 10 min ao centro cívico), ou com custo baixo de transporte.
Sugiro reverem os custos do restaurante para o jantar, que são bem altos, mesmo no comparativo com os melhores restaurantes da cidade.

O hotel foi além das nossas expectativas, pois a acomodação, a localização e o staff foram maravilhosos! A vista do lago, do amanhecer ao anoitecer, é de tirar o fôlego! Os colaboradores sao muito solícitos, em especial a Helena e o Gabriel!

No funciona la red de internet y es algo muy importante para los huéspedes. Ojalá lo mejoren!
Excelente Hotel ,cálido en su construcción y trato con los huéspedes. El desayuno muy variado y de calidad. Las zonas comunes del hotel como el restó, sala de juegos, piscina y el bar simplemente espectaculares.
La atención del personal todo muy buena sobretodo la de Ricardo que está en todo , Agustín y Luis del resto/Bar.
Las vistas del Lago Nahuel Huapi desde las habitaciones y áreas comunes simplemente maravillosas.
Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.
Para mi es un 10 de 10.

Excelente lugar, cálido, acogedor con una vista divina de los paisajes de Bariloche. Full recomendado. Amablemente nos pasaron de economy a una habitación superior maravillosa.
