Localização com muito barulho, mas o funcionário Javier foi muito prestativo e nos transferiu para outro apto , sem barulho.
I loved the comfort and charm of the hotel. It has a beautiful vintage, chalet-like feel and is right by the lake. The views are amazing, and the pool is definitely a highlight. The breakfast was super complete and delicious. Room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Overall, a beautiful and cozy stay!
The Wi-Fi was quite slow and intermittent during our stay. Service was somewhat inconsistent, particularly at the reception and café bar. Some staff were very kind and helpful, while others could have been a bit warmer and more welcoming.
The pool and spa area and breakfast were amazing
The rooms were a little small and the bathroom was very small.

Colocaram é um quarto que nem a tv era smart.
Excelentes instalações. Bom restaurante. Piscina aquecida e coberta em área ampla. Salão de jogos e salão de estar muito bons também.
Saí bastante cedo do hotel e o meu carro estava bloqueado por outros dois carros no estacionamento. O funcionário responsável retirou apenas um deles o que acabou dificultando a minha saída, obrigando-me a realizar diversas manobras. O funcionário mesmo vendo a minha dificuldade, permaneceu apenas observando, sem qualquer atitude de ajuda ou retirada do outro veículo.

Jacuzzi no quarto . Bela vista para lago . Estacionamento proprio . Muito perto centro ,para quem quer andar. Bariloche ,sem duvida ,um dos lugares especiais ,com belezas naturais ,do mundo !! Quarto espaçoso,cama otima.
Somente a falta de um concierge !! Sendo cidade exclusivamente turistica ,deveriam ter algo pronto para orientar o que fazer ,como fazer e restaurantes que indicariam pois existem em gde quantidade. Deixam por conta dos hospedes resolverem em aplicativos ,nem sempre reais ou nunca atuais.
Os funcionários muito cordiais, esforçados para entender a língua portuguesa. Hotel com boa localização perto de bons restaurantes. Café da manhã incrível com muita variedade. Áreas comuns lindas, com uma área de café e drinks apaixonante. A piscina aquecida tem uma vista excepcional, e minha parte preferida foi a jacuzzi.
No quarto gostei que as tomadas era compatíveis com o padrão brasileiro, havia água cortesia na chegada, água super quente e excelente calefação.
Haviam alguns defeitos no quarto: os cartões magnéticos não funcionavam sempre, a cortina impedia a abertura correta da janela, o botão do sanitário saia com facilidade, havia peças faltando na banheira, não havia espelho de corpo inteiro, alguns móveis já estavam com sinais de desgaste mais acentuados, e o fio da chaleira não era comprido, tive que apoia-la na cadeira para ferver a água.
A academia estava congelante porque havia uma porta aberta de um depósito no interior da mesma. A varanda da academia também apresentava vasos abandonados com plantas mortas, algo bem inesperado para o padrão do hotel.
