My room was quiet.
The bed was so uncomfortable, cheap bedding, stiff towels, sliding door on the bathroom (seriously who's idea was this???? it's horrible), i paid $170 for this room and then was expected to pay MORE for breakfast? This was so disappointing, not a Hilton experience at all.

The restaurant was disappointing, really just a few tables in the bar, badly understaffed, just a cook and a bartender. Very limited expensive menu and several loud intoxicated people. I would have been better off walking to Denny's. It wasn't what I was expecting at a Hilton.
Very nice, clean, modern airport hotel. Let’s start with the shuttle driver. KJ picked us up at the airport. He immediately saw that my husband has mobility issues and he wouldn’t let us touch a thing. Upon arrival to the hotel, he put our bags on a cart and brought them to the desk. He should be the spokesman for this hotel, maybe for the entire Hilton brand! Kind, intelligent, well spoken and very helpful.
Vanessa checked us in and she was also very kind and efficient.
We were exhausted and headed to the bar for food and drinks. Misty took good care of us. I can honestly say that was the best hotel food we have ever had.
The next morning, the shuttle driver was late. No problem. They ordered a Lyft for us and paid for the ride.

This hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle to the airport and back was great. Shuttle driver on the way back was amazing! I think his name was KJ? He was very friendly and helpful. This is my go to hotel for Sacramento. I visit Sacramento several times a year.
Well we had to pay for the continental breakfast.
Continental Breakfast should be complementary.
The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The staff were really kind.
I didn't like that you had to pay for breakfast, I feel like it should be included with the price of the room.
The electric blackout shade did not work. We were able to force it down manually so we could finally sleep but were worried about breaking it.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel.
I didn’t like how I was there for days and my room never got cleaned. I called down to the front desk over 5 times asking for clean towels and rags so that we could shower. No one ever came. Ever. Really paying for the property because service clearly wasn’t included. Needless to say I ended my stay early.
