Subpar room, not much to like. Dirty and dusty
Room was dirty, things were broken, bathroom had no ventilation, wall bubbling and peeling from humidity. Looked disgusting.

Have stayed here several times. Was always fine for a one night stay.when catching an early morning flight. But, it's gone downhill. Refrigerator was dirty; not sure what had stained the doors. Shower was so dirty that I chose to skip taking a shower.
I came into my room. Pass 11pm. There was a car with no lights just driving staring at me. One turn , 2nd turn we had gotten off the car he tried to talk to us and we ran to the room . Just to find it filthy , dusty, the bathroom tub had a leak, there was pubes hair on the tub, the sink. It was so gross. I got room 141 10/12.2026 I immediately called front office and spoke with sky. I didnt want to drive back to yhe front desk because of the man and his white car. We explained that we needed a full refund she said the manager was not available until 7am. She offered to change rooms but she didnt know how clean it would be?? Gross. I have bad knees and she had kne on the 3rd floor. The place is extremely sketchy. We opted for this stay at 99.88 plus a $50 separate transaction deposit on my credit card. I would get that back 7 to 10 days. We were so scared to be out of our rooms we stayed. I had to lay my pants as a pillow since everything is filthy I didn't want that on me.

I want my money back. So gross I couldn't even shower. I would like a complete refund.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating and even waived the early check-in fee. They provided all the information needed and were available whenever I needed help. The location is optimal if needing to be close to the airport and Fort Bliss, with many food options nearby as well. INCREDIBLE AC!!!
The sheets were incredibly uncomfortable, and at some point I had to remove them and just sleep on top of a blanket on the mattress due to my inability to sleep. Even though there was a kitchenette in my room, there were absolutely no items besides one kitchen towel; everything else had to be requested. Cups, or at a minimum one set of utensils and a plate, would have been nice. Breakfast was also extremely disappointing. Oatmeal, apples, and coffee.

I’ve stayed here before. I thought I was selecting Bridge Stay .
Old, worn out, elevator smells of cigarettes. The front door hits into the bar used for breakfast. When my card key did not work. I tried moving it. Folding it up Stephanie said, “Mame,don’t do that.” I explained that I had been up since 3AM and not been in able to enter was very unwelcoming. The outlets in the kitchen were not working. I told the morning desk person.
