The rooms were fine, but noisy.
Pros:

The front staff, Sarah, was pleasant and professional.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not secure our door and the room was left unlocked and open all day. We returned to the room late in the evening and found it this way after leaving in the morning. We addressed this with the manager who's response was that he would check the cameras. No further accommodations were given for this very unsafe situation.

It was great. Staff was friendly enough.
Pros:

I just googled hotels in Fort Collins. Just finished the Manitou Incline a few hours before. Tired, sore, and filthy. This place fit the bill. I needed a nice bed, a hot shower , and a laundry machine. After camping for two days prior this place really did the trick. The breakfast was ok too. Mostly heat and eat. But good. Nice chair in the exercise room to wait on laundry.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything.

Pros:

Very clean, no carpet in room

Cons:

Very squeaky beds, shower head wonky-poor water flow, no hard boiled eggs at bfast, no roll away beds

Good. Pretty much what was expected.
Pros:

Good location from our event at Canvas Stadium. Breakfast was good, many options. Loved the washer and dryer in the gym.

Cons:

No pool, gym was small and hot
