Beautiful facilities
Pros:

Location (view), large beautiful room, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, quiet, nice towels and toiletries, breakfast

Cons:

We always prefer harder matresses, but this bed was like sleeping on a board. Did not get a good nights sleep. Also staff seemed unable to keep up with the guests at breakfast.

Lo staff e i proprietari gentilissimi nel fare tutte le informazioni su Spello, i dintorni e la loro storia. Una vista sublime e una terrazza fantastica dove fare colazione e rilassarsi. Grazie.

A lovely experience at a great price.
Pros:

Great location and great view. The home baked cakes were delicious. Breakfast was varied and ample. Owners and staff were very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating.

Cons:

A bit difficult for those of us with mobility problems. Rooms were a little small.

Todo estuvo sobresaliente.
Es difícil solo resaltar algo, ya que todo estuvo excelente: ubicación excepcional, desayuno increíble, atención del personal inmejorable ( Giada, Joaquino y su esposa, y todo el staff).
Fuimos para "vivir" desde adentro la Infiorata, y pasamos unos dias inolvidables

Perfect small hotel in beautiful Spello. Breathtaking view and warm and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Traveling all over Italy, this place stood out for its warm welcome and atmosphere. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Room was comfortable and very clean. Location is perfect for visiting beautiful Spello. Don’t miss out on this one! Hope we will return one day. A special shoutout to Giada, the helpful and charming host.

Family hotel in a great location
Pros:

This is a family run hotel near the centre of Spello. All the staff were gracious and very helpful. Our room was a good size and well equipped - decor was traditional. Breakfast provided a good choice with some lovely fresh fruit. The air conditioning was effective - essential at this time of year.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was a little weak.
