Funky hotel in a good location
Pros:

Location, clean and modern, good access to conbini store and restaurants. Close to the port, trains, subway and the monorail

Cons:

The bed’s large with a small shelf running down each side and takes up the whole width of the room. Nice but awkward to get in and out of. If you’re there for more than a day or two it becomes a pain

Está cerca transporte ,tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia y en el hall para tomar un café o té.

Cons:

La habitación pequeña,aunque dentro lo normal en muchos sitios de Japón.
Tienes que hacer autochecking en una maquina a la entrada

Pros:

L’emplacement à côté du métro, le quartier très beau et très safe, le family mart au pied de l’hôtel, le personnel est très sympa et l’établissement est moderne et propre

Cons:

La chambre est toute petite… deux personnes avec deux grandes valises c’est compliqué

Great hotel in a top location.
Pros:

So close to Hamamatsuchou station and Daimon subway station. There is a Family Mart downstairs and great community room with free coffee and tea. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Perfect for the budget conscious traveller who wants to explore Tokyo. My wife and I are 72 years old and this is our 18th trip to Japan. We plan to visit every year until we die and will definitely use this hotel next year.

Really good lounge, and good bathroom

Cons:

The bed were hard, like REALLY HARD,like sleeping with a hard mattress on the floor and the pillow were so thin it felt like a sheet of paper

寝るだけなら快適。
Pros:

駅直結で便利。泊まる分には申し分ないです。ファミマが1階にあり便利。　フロント前にはコンセントもあるノマドスペースがあり、夜中まで仕事ができてありがたかった。
コーヒーは12時位まで。
湯沸かしポットもあるので、ファミマでカップラーメン買って食べてる人もいました。
私もファミマでお弁当買って、そのスペースで仕事しながら食べてました。　
部屋は、トイレとシャワーがあります。ドライヤーもあり。狭小ですが効率よい作りになってます。
寝るだけなら十分です。大きく邪魔なトランクは、フロント横にロッカーがあるので、そこに置ける感じ。それ以外はベッドしたにも収納できそうです。
朝、フロント前にパンが無料で出るので、コーヒーとパンを相方が食べて喜んでました。オノマトペでキッチュな、面白いコンセプト。

Cons:

ドアを開けたらすぐベッド（笑）　寝るだけに特化しているので、部屋の中でくつろぐより、フロント前のスペースでパソコンしたり、何か食べたりした方がいい感じです。
背の高い外人さんには脚がでちゃうかも。(^_^;)
