HOTEL TAVINOS Hamamatsucho

Amazing location and very clean hotel! Check in/check out was easy and staff always ready to help. The location cannot be beat if you want to be close enough to major hubs of the city but also feel the calmness near the water. Lots of places to dine nearby with a bridge connecting to either the train or big office building with shops. Room is a bit small but honestly for the value and location and service I would stay here again. So beautiful to walk around outside near the water with great views of rainbow bridge and Tokyo bay!

Very easily accessible, walking distance to the metro, nice and clean building, nice choice of books to read and free drinks and amenities. Safety and privacy is a value there. Have to walk a few minutes for closest restaurants but 7/11 is right inside the hotel and is very convenient. Would recommend.

Clean but SMALL ROOM.

I loved my stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently close to several train stations and a shopping area with plenty of affordable restaurants. The staff were wonderfully helpful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the cleanliness was absolutely top notch. Thank you ! I’m m already looking forward to staying here again!

You need to let go all your staff from India. Rude, bad-behaved people with zero sense of a customer service.

Very convenient

Hotel is adjacent to Takeshiba station. There’s a convenience store on the 1st floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out are so easy. If you arrive before your check-in or still have time to stroll Tokyo after you check out, the luggage storage is free and very easy to use. Rooms are clean and themed rooms are awesome!

The lobby was a nice space and had easy to use luggage storage (especially with a Suica card). The room was clean and simple. Great place for the price.

This is a no frills hotel with everything that you would need for a hotel stay. The rooms are small and may get crowded with anymore than 2 people in the room. The best thing about the Hotel is the location (20 min train ride from airport, and a very central Tokyo location) and it was cheap. My only gripe is the beds are not comfortable at all.

2回目の利用です。今回はベットの枕に付いた匂いがとても気になりました。以前宿泊された方の匂いなのでしょうか。枕カバーは新しいものになっていたので、恐らく枕自体を交換した方がいいのでは？と思いました。

Small rooms. Good location close to Hamamatsucho Station. Daimon Station to Narita Airport nearby. Monorail to Haneda airport nearby. Lots of restaurants around. Familymart on the ground floor is excellent for drinks and snacks (egg sandwich is excellent).

Room was too small and the breakfast is just coffee and croissants...location was great, with views to the bay. Overall we enjoyed staying in this hotel

行李放置位置很棒，清潔很好，整體感覺舒適，樓下有超商，離車站也很近。

部屋の2/3がベッドで占められていて、ベッドサイド両側が壁に付いているので、足元からベッドに上がるしかないという劇狭の変わったレイアウト。都心でゆりかもめの駅から直結のアクセス良さと朝のパン・コーヒー無料サービス、コスパの良さから、寝るだけで良いのであれば問題はないです。

Hotel is basic, small room , big bed. Shower is big and tidy.
- close to hamamatsucho station, 30 min Ueno or 30 min Shibuya
- Shop is next to hotel.
- 3 ramen place nearby, first opposite the hotel other 2 is 20 min walk.
The hotel location is perfect for those peoples who wanna discover Tokyo.
