ウォーターフロントの近代的なホテル
Pros:

浜松町駅から比較的近いので羽田からモノレールを利用して行きやすい場所にあります。
一階がコンビニになっており便利です。
朝食の無料のクロワッサンはしっかりした食事としては物足りないのですが、徒歩１分圏内にすき家があるので、そこを利用できます。それ以外の食事する場所も浜松町や大門あたりまで行けば充実していました。

Cons:

ゆりかもめの駅はすぐ近くなのですが、ちょうど台風が直撃した時に浜松町駅や大門駅から雨の中を移動するとやや遠いと感じました。
フロントが２階にあるので、エレベーターでの移動が避けられないのですが、２台のエレベーターがなかなかこなくて待たされることがありました。

良かったです。
Pros:

竹芝駅から近く良かったです。また、コンビニも利用しやすく良かったです。

Cons:

宿泊時、地震があったのですがアナウンスなどなかったので少し不安でした。

性價比高，超近海𠥹線，樓下就有便利店。
又有免費飲品及麪包提供。

Cons:

床的大小就是房間的大小, 床下放到行李，短期一兩天的住宿還可以，長期的話要留意，空間真的不大呢。

Very close to two stations and good location
Pros:

Very good location, room a bit small but expected for the price and still comfortable beds. Showers were nice as well. Beware that the breakfast is very limited (either a mini croissant or a mini sugar danish bun) but still fairly substantial, just don’t come too late or any good ones might be gone. Staff were very helpful
