Toller Start in Namibia
Pros:

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Rundreise. Von Windhoek in 2h gut zu erreichen kommt man super entspannt in Namibia an. Das Personal ist sehr nett und man erfährt gleich einiges über das Land. Die Mahlzeiten sind lecker und fair.

Khan River Lodge is a beautiful place with friendly staff, wonderful meals, & stunning landscape.
Pros:

The drive from B2 to Khan River was like a mini safari game drive! The lodge buildings and surroundings are stunning - quintessential Africa. The manager personally greeted us, was very friendly, and showed us the grounds and our room. Also, the chef prepared the best meals of our vacation in Africa. She was warm, engaging, and a real pleasure to connect with.

A well managed and neat hidden gem, off the beaten track.
Pros:

Hospitality, neatness and natural beauty of surroundings and buildings. Excellent food. Good wildlife sightings and bird watching along the internal road.

Cons:

It takes a while to get there off the main road. But that also ads to its attraction.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly. The host and staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. It was my father's birthday and, on top of singing happy birthday, they baked him a cake and provided a complimentary bottle of nice sparkling wine.

Cons:

It is quite far from the main road.

Gibt besseres
Pros:

Das Haupthaus inkl Restaurant und Pool scheint kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein und ist sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Abendessen sowie Frühstück waren gut. Auch der Gamedrive mit sundowner hat uns gefallen, obwohl andere Reservate noch mehr unterschiedliche Tiere und mehr erfahrene Guides hatten.

Cons:

Was leider nicht so schön war sind die Lodges. Das Bett ist winzig und für 2 Personen nicht geeignet, Matratzen sind durchgelegen, vor den Fenstern gibt es kein Mosquitoschutz, die Einrichtung ist stark abgenützt und beschädigt.
Preislich ist es dafür deutlich attraktiver als andere Unterkünfte.
Zusammenfassend würde ich Khan River aktuell nicht empfehlen. Für 1 Nacht als zwichenstop OK, aber sonst gibt's deutlich bessere Alternativen (z.B. Avenir safari group).

Zeer aantrekkelijke lodge met zeer goede prijs kwaliteitseisen verhouding !
Pros:

Zeer , zeer mooie lodge. Super verzorgd ! Zeer grote bedden , zeer ruime kamer en badkamer. Eigenaar is zeer verwelkomend en personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het diner mocht iets aantrekkelijker zijn .

schitterende lodge op een prachtig domein.
Pros:

Het was het eerste bezoek na de volledige renovatie vorig jaar. Geweldig gedaan. Alles staat volledig in het teken van het zich goed voelen van de gast. En het gastkoppel Elisabeth en Rohan... Echt wel van de bovenste plank. Zij weten wat gasten willen en doen er alles aan om dat ook te kunnen bieden.
Alleen al de weg om er te geraken is een belevenis. Mooie omgeving, en volop wild te spotten.

Fantastisch verblijf echt een aanrader!
Pros:

Fantastische lodge. Drie jaar geleden hier ook al eens geweest, maar het is volledig verbouwd en echt heel mooi geworden! Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fantastische maaltijden, met liefde bereid en opgediend. Iedere dag een verassing wat we kregen maar altijd lekker. Prima kamer, bedden goed. Fijne douche.
Sommige ochtenden werden we gewekt doordat een struisvogel tegen onze ramen klopte, ws wel eens gevoerd door gasten. Heerlijk zwembad, handdoeken en ligbedjes aanwezig.

- eine äußerst komfortable nicht allzu große Lodge, mit einer exzellenten Küche und einem sehr freundlichem Manager.
Das Team schafft es, einem die Exklusivität des Ortes zu vermitteln. Eine Lodge mit allem was man so in der sehr angenehmen Abgeschiedenheit benötigt und darauf man wert legt.
Die Küche hat eine Sternequalität die bei jedem Gang erklärt und liebevoll zubereitet wurde.
