Pros:

Some of the staff were nice. The proximity to the river was cool.

Cons:

Worst place ever stayed...entire hotel stinks of pot, weed, and smoke, broken tv, broken phone, pool is disgusting with sand and trash at bottom, it also looks like it hadn't seen chlorine in weeks.
Most staff was nice. Do NOT stay here--not enjoyable. #not kid friendly

Unpleasant.
Cons:

Didn’t feel safe, a lot of homeless in the area. It appears hotel rents to homeless. Towels were ripped, tv remote didn’t work, man at front desk didn’t know how to fix it. Closet doors had a lot of holes, room was dirty. Elevator and hallways smelled of marijuana and cigarette
smoke people coming in and out all hours of the night.

Pros:

The cleaning staff was great. The desk staff were not great. If they were there, they were helpful but not friendly. The phones were out, so only way to reach them was to go down to desk and they were not always there.

Cons:

The volume on the TV could not be increased. Went down to desk and the sent someone to fix it and they switched the remote but that did not help. Missing paint, cracked lamp shades, door was hard to open, card key kept not working, elevator had a sticky floor and peeling paint and scratched up doors. Bathroom was clean, but the faucet on sink really rapped against the mirror. Trash all over when entering and cigarette butts, there was no trash barrel on outside or immediately inside.

It was the worst ordeal at a motel ever but we had an early morning appointment and didn’t have a choice.

The property was not very clean or well kept. The outside had trash around the front, dirty sidewalks and entrance and the inside lobby had dirty floors. Our first room tv didn’t work, telephone didn’t work, and the arm was broken off the chair. They did change our room and upgraded us to a clean room but we will never stay there again!

Overall, a good stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was skimpy with a few sausages and a biscuit. But supplies arrived by truck while we ate, so we understood the circumstances.

Cons:

It was just the timing of more supplies which were out of the hotels hands.

Affordable, but many cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and service issues - would not recommend
Pros:

The price was affordable, breakfast was included, and there was a pool. While the property had cleanliness and maintenance issues, the overall facilities were a step above what I would expect from a basic budget motel.

Cons:

The hotel smelled strongly of smoke and mildew. Our room did not feel particularly clean or well maintained. The tub was chipped, the wall was peeling, the conditioner & shower amenities were empty, and there was no toilet paper holder. During our stay all ice machines in the whole hotel were broken, the elevator also broke down while we were there, and the AC & TV stopped working at different times. The location did not feel safe. The pool is also much smaller than the photos make it appear, breakfast was disappointing and underwhelming. Overall based on the general cleanliness, maintenance, safety and service issues I would not recommend this hotel.
