Bismarck room 259
Pros:

Kitchen staff were great. Helpful and very accommodating. Personable as well.

Cons:

Cleanliness of room was not good. Bathroom had Hair and dirt. Heat in room was weird. Baseboard heat could not totally shut off, so was over warm and had to have AC on all the time.

Room was very small.for the amount charged. No extras in room likely due to lack of elctric outlets?? Had iron holder on wall (empty?) With no available electric?
Lights did not work with one lamp switch broken. For the cost was a poor room.
Cheaper than other options but too much for what it was not covering the basics (working lights, functional heat/cool, poor electric outlets, no coffee pot, no microwave, only 1 towel, unclean, etc.). Some.thought need to put in room basics if charging $20 less due to small room.

Comfy and accessable to variety of eating places.
Pros:

Price, comfy beds, good breakfast and very friendly staff

Cons:

An older hotel and everything worked. Cleanliness was ok but maybe could be better. Also dispenser for shampoo and body wash needed to be filled. Other than that it was a Great stay!!

Pros:

The pm staff was very helpful even after he had to change our room two different times. The first room was the wrong room from what I booked. The second room The toilet didn't flush.

Cons:

The building needs some tlc.. they need to do a little fixing. Maybe some fresh paint and a few updates.

Not what you expect with a 8.3 rating.
Pros:

When you walk in it says rated 8.3 by booking well I would investigate that. Try fighting double doors with a cart and then room had things that were not good. I took several pictures wish I could send to you. If you want them let me know.

Cons:

Broken stuff in room. Bathroom discusting. Hole in door stuffed with toilet paper . Refrigerator we had to unplug so loud. Breakfast was nice.

Not at what I expected.
Pros:

The place had comfortable beds.

Cons:

It had dirty floors, not vacuumed. Toilet was too low. Fridge was unplugged and it smelled.

Pros:

They had free breakfast and the staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

The floors looked like they had not been vaccumed in a long time. There was no elevator, microwave or fridge. There was a mysterious dark stain on the headboard. There was hair that was not ours in the shower. They had only given us two towels and the towels where ripped.
