At first you dont know where to go, cause it is behind al lot of houses. But when u get there, it is beautiful and because of that, quiet aswel! Nice pool, nice rooms (newer ones), kindly staff
Only we got the older room, that was what we thought. Cause the bathroom and room door couldn't close, only when you used the key. the bathroom door could't fully open, it was a bit annoying. They were building new stuff, what wasn't mentioned, it looked a bit chaotic. But i think the place we'll be thriving when everything is done!

THIS HOTEL DOUBLE BOOKED ME AND DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US.
We arrived at 5PM after 24h of travel and were basically told “yes, we can see your reservation is here but we don’t have a room for you because we forgot”. We asked them if they could help us find another hotel or if they had a phone we could use to call other places and they said no and left us to fend for ourselves. Luckily we found another hotel and it was great but this was a terrible way to start our trip.
Está justo en el centro de Ubud, en la calle más transitada pero entras por un callejón que te lleva un poco apartado del ruido, eso está bien.
La piscina genial y el personal excelente.
La habitación tenía MUCHA humedad, estuvimos dos noches, y a la segunda nos tuvimos que ir a las 5 de la mañana por qué no podíamos más, no se podía respirar.
Hay varios apartamentos y los están reformando, pero el que nos tocó a nosotros era imposible estar mucho tiempo ahí metido.

There was no breakfast or spa, they don’t give toiletries , not even soap, we had to ask for toilet paper , it was very hard to find someone on the front desk and as a lot of people live there, is very hard to know who is working, they are doing a construction work inside the hotel so the hammering etc won’t stop until 10:00 pm, it was very dirty, you could actually smell the mold in the room, the rooms doesn’t look AT ALL as the pictures
The worst place in hell. Noisy as smelly unsafe stairs staff very unhelpful

I did not stay here. The hotel let me book a room at 1am on booking.com and there was no one at reception when we got to the hotel and the manager would not answer his phone. I am still awaiting a refund!
