exquisite and more than worth every rupee!
Pros:

Beautiful and exquisite resort, must visit if you are in the area. Compared to other 5 star hotels it is not too expensive either and the breakfast is amazing too so it is worth the money. I was given a complimentary upgrade and also given early check in. The staff, the ambience and the breakfast is more than worth it.

Pros:

Have been a big Mayfair devotee but this experience has let me down. Seems mayfair now a days cares more about corporate and group clients, and individuals like me don't count..that's unfair mayfair

Cons:

Check in time and check out time unusually high without any reason. We had a late check in at 5pm evening still had to wait for 30mins. Room was stinking. Somehow managed. Checkout was frustrating as again had to wait at the counter - the AC was not working (40c plus temp) , card machine not working- had to come to main reception. Have given feedback to the Manager Mr Sujeet. Even ghf food quality has gone down.

The serene and location from Naya Raipur suits my requirements

Cons:

Nothing specific. However the checkin at Hotel could be made more efficient and quick. I was told IT booking system not working and had to wait in lobby for a bit longer than usual

Spacious Lakeside Stay with Beautiful Surroundings
Pros:

MAYFAIR Lake Resort, Raipur is a beautiful property with an excellent location. The gardens, lounges, and common areas are very well designed and thoughtfully done. The campus is expansive, and the dining and wining options are well curated. The buffet spread includes a selection of local delicacies, which adds to the overall experience. Rooms and bathrooms are both very spacious.

Cons:

Rooms could be done up to feel more lively. Housekeeping needs improvement—details like diluted liquid soap and incomplete preparation of rooms as per the number of guests affect the experience.
