Room lacked privacy and comfort
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was less expensive than others in the area, so it was a good value.

Cons:

The biggest issue I had with the room is privacy. The room was located on the first floor with the window facing the parking lot. The door to the bathroom was located very close and adjacent to the window, with a clear view into the bathroom from the window. Only one bath towel and no bathmat were provided with the room. I had to ask for additional towels and they were provided upon request. The room contained no carpet and floors that were both cold and not very clean, the bathroom floor especially. I did not feel that comfortable in this room.

The room was also a bit barren and depressing, with two white walls containing only a mirror and the fridge/microwave located directly on the floor. The fridge leaked water. There was a lot of noise coming from people in other rooms constantly slamming their door and the room next to mine was being used by the hotel for storage/maintenance and that was loud at times as well.

Cheap. If you just want a bed and shower.

No breakfast was provided as they advertised they did. Never found the pool either.

Excellent Customer Service ,worked myself at four-star hotel 21 years ago, got a little bit experien
Pros:

I saw cereals for breakfast two days straight. The Girl who checked me in is serving the excellent America's Customer's service culture. There is only one exit/ entrance door for the entire building, resembles it like a prison

The elevator smell bad , it need a cleaning. Odor smell like cigarette 🚬 or heavy weed smoked. The bathroom mirror was dirty with stains off some sort.

For the price you pay it is what you expect for the money.
Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be for the holidays. For what was paid it was what I expected it to be..

Cons:

The tub and sink weren’t clean and the fridge got very cold.
