Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Passau ist allemal einen Besuch wert.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war optimal für die Erkundung der Stadt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren problemlos fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Frühstück war, dem Preis entsprechend, gut.

Cons:

Durch umliegende Kneipen war der Geräuschpegel abends sehr laut, da sich die jungen Leute größtenteils draußen aufhielten.

Zentrumsnah. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Einmal keinen Teppichboden sondern mal Fliesen überall.bad war sehr groß/ geräumig

Cons:

Ob es einen lift für die 2 Stockwerke gegeben hätte,kann ich nicht sagen,aber wenn nicht ist dieses ein Handicap für beeinträchtigte menschen.ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Cons:

Habe die Unterkunft gebucht, da wir an einer Donaufahrt teilnehmen wollten, die aber ganz kurzfristig vom Veranstalter gecancelt wurde wegen Niedrigwasser.
Hotel konnte nicht mehr storniert werden. Trotz Anfrage haben wir die Kosten nicht zurückerstattet bekommen.

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr laut. Zimmer düster, kein Vorhang, kein Kasten, 2 schmale Betten. Baustelle im Haus nach 21 Uhr!!! Reine Abzocke!!!
Ich fühlte mich total unwohl und würde als Frau es nicht empfehlen.
