Home modify in a tipe of resort
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The air conditioning did not work, which was especially concerning since my husband suffers from high blood pressure and cannot be in overly warm settings. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
The hotel itself is very outdated and looks nothing like the photos online. Instead of the charming, modern feel we expected, it resembled more of a rustic log cabin. Additionally, I did not feel safe — there was a strange set of stairs with a door leading directly into our space, but we were not given a key. It felt as though anyone could walk in on us at any time.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations on multiple levels, and I would not recommend it.
Although we didn’t even stay this fraudster refuses to return our money. If you want to stay in a dirty dingy room where the owner is around all the time like a creep this is for you if not steer clear. Look up the terrible reviews on other sites. This site is misleading
Было все просто замечательно. Хозяин дома просто супер. Атмосфера по домашнему. Там вы как будто находитесь в Эдемском саду.

Great stay loved how shaded it was while it was hot outside we could alway enjoy the pool and the patio.
Sergio is the best ! All is very clean and we had a great stay !

La nourriture n’est pas toujours disponible, dispendieuse et n’est pas très bonne. La pizza est surgelée, le déjeuner complet à 9€ c’est des rôties avec café.
L’air climatisé de la chambre Saloon ne fonctionne presque pas. Il faisait très chaud durant la nuit.
La stationnement est très compliqué car ce n’est qu’une seule voie.
Hotel situé sur la voie de service de l’autoroute. Une voiture est nécessaire.
Prima zwembad met een mooie tuin, helaas dat het ook wordt verhuurd aan derden waardoor het wel erg druk wordt in het zwembad.

A pretty cozy place – really sweet host – feels a bit like staying with the local Italian family. There was a bit of noise from the ring road – we stayed in "the old garage," which was a lovely experience. Unfortunately, there were quite a few people around, as the hosts apparently rent out the pool by the day (at one point, there were 18 people in the small pool). Also, the hosts' pricing for food and drinks is a bit steep... a toast for €9.50. But they are incredibly kind and probably just trying to secure the last bit for their pension ;) All in all, a good experience

We liked everything
Heerlijk zwembad met duikplankje, Opa Sergio is super lief en probeert je echt op je gemak te stellen.
Het enige is dat het een beetje afgelegen ligt, niet echt een supermarkt in de buurt of bakkertje wanneer je niet over een auto beschikt. Wel is er letterlijk een bushalte voor de deur.
Lå her i 6 netter og Sergio tok oss i mot med åpne armer. Kjempe fint sted med en super hyggelig vert.
Enkel, men god frokost. Ikke inkludert.
Burde helst ha leiebil denne plassen.
Om man ikke har det så fikser Sergio transport, ellers så går det biss.
Es ist wirklich ein Paradies, die Aussicht, das Essen das Zimmer. Es war einfach traumhaft. Wir sind herzlich willkommen empfangen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt als ob wir beim unseren Familie waren. Wenn ihr da seid, solltet unbedingt dort essen. Sehr sehr lecker frisch vorbereitet einfach fantastisch. Danke Sergio und Silvana
