The location couldn’t be better if you’re looking for a quiet area with beach front access
Pros:

Perfect location, right on the beach, quiet area but easy to get to all areas. Bus & tuk tuks stop close by.
Helpful friendly staff. Clean rooms with smart TV.

Pros:

Ideální pro toto, kdo hledá absolutní klid. Žádný hluk dopravy, od ostatních turistů ani ten ¨"vesnický". Krásná uklizená pláž přímo před ubytováním kde jste skoro sami. Čisté pokoje se základním vybavením. K dispozici pitná voda a horká voda na čaj nebo instantní nudle.

Cons:

Ubytování nabízí ne zrovna levnou snídani, ale toť vše. V okolí se nikde nenajíte. Jen kousek po silnici je malá pekárna s vynikajícími mini houskami. Na pokoji není lednice ani možnost si něco uvařit.
To ale vykompenzuje šumění moře při usínání a vstávání :-)

Safe, comfortable, far from the crowds
Pros:

Communication was simple, the place was clean, and the service thoughtful. The rooms are well appointed although they were not particularly "sea view" as advertised, just the common area was.

Cons:

I would have appreciated the advice that during "Amihan" season, the winds could get very very strong, making the beach unswimmable.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location. The place itself is very quiet and relaxing, perfect if you want to switch off and enjoy the moment. The hotel is right on the beach, which made everything even better, the water was warm, crystal clear, and very clean. It was never busy, so it felt like a private paradise. Such a great place to chill, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere

La plage devant qui est très agréable ou la mer est propre et l’eau superbe et une plage tranquille ce qui est rare à bocaray

Cons:

Que sur booking Il est spécifié chambre avec vue mer il faut être à l étage pour que ce soit le cas
On est loin de tout il n y a rien autour
Il faut prendre un tuk tuk pour se déplacer et surtout trouver un restau pour le soir à pied vraiment trop loin
Manque d équipement pour la plage devant ou devant le jardin

If you’re looking for a quiet location on your own private beach this is it! It’s easy to get to the centre for the nigh
Pros:

Everything about our stay was perfect. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. The location is literally on the beach. They have breakfast lunch and dinner options aswell as a snack bar with instant noodles. A drinks fridge with beers. A shuttle service that can take you anywhere on the island. Super friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room did have a few ants and the ac did drip after our 4th night of staying however the staff did a deep clean halfway through our stay and provided us with new bedding and towels.

Pros:

La vicinanza al mare . Si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia.
Lo staff molto cordiale e preciso, sempre presente.

Cons:

La lontananza dal centro, le formiche in camera , addirittura nel letto. Fatto presente la proprietà ha provveduto.
Poi in 6 giorni nessun cambio di asciugamani ne nulla.
Se faccio queste puntualizzazioni è per contribuire al miglioramento.

Perfect, quiet stay.
Pros:

Excellent place to stay away from the busyness of white beach. There is easy access to all the sites due to a hop on hop off bus stop right around the corner. Fridge/freezer in the room.

Basic accomodation in a good location
Pros:

Good location, on the beach, however, it's a 15 minute e-trike ride to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Kitchenette with no facilities. No cleaning, towel changes, etc, over a 5 night stay. More suited to one or two nights.
