Great value for money and near the UMN campus.
Pros:

It's located right next to UMN which was convenient. It has a nice Chinese restaurant right next to the parking lot and the train station is also nearby. Good value for money.

Cons:

The room facilities could have been better. The toilet flush was not working properly and the shower was leaking.

Right next to metro line easy to get to us bank stadium. Beds were clean and comfortable

Cons:

Walls quite thin could hear neighbors fighting at night. Never saw staff at front desk after 8pm

Cons:

Found a random hair and blood? stain on one of the bed sheets. Hair in shower. Broken toilet seat. Cracked floor tiles. Room door allowed bright hallway light into room all night. Very limited options for breakfast.

Pros:

The location was perfect!! We were in walking distance to rail line that took us to US Bank stadium. Plus in walking distance to restaurants and bars. The U of Minn stadium is across the street. We will definitely be coming back to watch a game. The room was exceptionally clean. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. We felt very safe. We had a great time.

It's an OK experience
Pros:

The breakfast is amazing with a lot of varieties.
The location is accessible with public transport and far away from traffic.
The location is near to the university in walking distance.
Other receptionist besides the first guy are so nice, also the guy who handled the breakfast time is very nice.

Cons:

The first guy when I had my checked-in is really not nice. I am not sure whether he is a new-staff with lack of training or that is his personality. This is the worst checked-in experience I ever encountered in my life.
The room is not sound-proof, I still can listen to next door and the hallway.
The bathtub faucet is really old-school and hard to control.

Reasonable for price point
Pros:

Great location next to the light rail for easy access to Minneapolis/St Paul

Best price in town on a popular summer weekend between USA cup and Yacht Club

Rooms were clean and serviceable for the price point-I have stayed at way worse Days Inn properties

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty much just cereal and yogurt. Luckily there is a grocery store a 10 min walk from the property where we could get fresh produce to supplement

Pros:

The location was okay, my business was at the university, although I didn't realize that the hotel would be at the far end, so I had a walk each day. The room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was white bread toast and cold cereal, easily the most underwhelming breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. The hotel is older, and it shows. We didn't get enough towels for the number of people in our room and had to ask for more. The beds were very small "full" beds. The wall AC cooled the air enough, but it stayed clammy and humid.
