Overall, and great value for what you get. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and AC was cool!
Pros:

Location was pretty convenient, and was VERY easy to get back & forth from The Armory. Staff were pleasant and welcoming, and quite helpful with dinner options! The setup was easy to navigate, and overall was very quiet!

Cons:

We stopped in to the breakfast room for something to eat quick before getting back on the road. The front desk did tell us at check-in that breakfast was "Grab & Go" options (nothing served hot). We opted to skip the fruit (bruised bananas and a couple soft apples), and weren't feeling the cereal or toast. But the booking photos showed hot options, so we were a little bummed. Luckily, there are plenty of other options available on the way home.

One of the beds had dirty sheets and we had to switch rooms .
The " free breakfast " is cold cereal and cheap bread for toast.

I like the neighborhood, already knew that booking, and this hotel did not disappoint. Clean, basic room, adequate breakfast. After reading various reviews about how bad the breakfast was, I was expecting a fridge and a fruit basket. Not so, as they have a pretty standard continental breakfast. No waffles, but that's fine. I'm thinking the other reviewers were just picky.

Cons:

I wish the window was operable, though I understand it probably wasn't for liability reasons. The front door was a bit antiquated and narrow.
