Great! Amazing! Perfect
Pros:

The place was well organized. The room was clean,with all the facilities for a solo traveller but also for families its highly recommended. The bathroom was inside the room and had also a bathtub. Staff was great and welcoming. The place was easily accessible and it was very near the downtown by metro Green Line and the Blue Line.

Cons:

Maybe the breakfast. If they can add options a bit more different. I know to the booking is a light breakfast but since its paid i would suggest to have something else included:

Staff were super friendly and efficient. The place could’ve been nicer.
Pros:

They didn’t have a lot of options for breakfast and it was not what I was expecting.

Cons:

The hotel could’ve been cleaner. It was clean but you could still see hair in the hair dryer or paper clips next to the bed.

Decent stay
Pros:

Great are. Easy lite rail access and walking capability. Great selection of restaurants and entertainment

Cons:

A little dated, beds Ok but not the best I’ve had, the extra locked front door was a bit concerning at check-in but easy once we had a room key. Wierd the lobby bathrooms are on the second floor. Couldn’t find breakfast.

Pros:

The Hotel manager , Carnell at front desk was exceptionally supportive and understanding of my special requests. Gave me tips to enjoy the short stay I had in the city. Very friendly staff and one feels welcome right away in the hotel.

Also the location is great and safe for late evening dinner and drinks. Tram and bus stops are right across the hotel!
Lots of restaurants and pubs within 10min walking distance.

Super clean bathroom and room!

Cons:

Pros:

Coffee was nice. Bathroom was fresh and clean.

Cons:

The smell of the room was very unpleasant. Despite listing a microwave in facilities there wasn’t one in our room! The breakfast if you can call it that was none existent! Some bread for toast, coffee, very warm juice! This should be listed as a grab and go not breakfast! The entrance to the hotel made us panic as to the area we were staying in! Doors are locked and a sign indicating there is no cash kept on the property don’t bode well.
