Decent mid hotel, good location, but obscenely expensive for what it actually offers.
Pros:

The breakfast was free, but it was pretty laughably small with few real food items. Location was good, everything else was pretty mid (not bad but not truly good). The cost was far too expensive for what it actually offers.

Cons:

The cost for staying there was obscene in my opinion. It was very bad value because it was a generic serviceable mid-level feeling hotel without many amenities. It should have been half the cost I paid AT BEST.

Great location and value
Pros:

I like the proximity to the university of Minnesota

Cons:

It was very loud due to other neighbors but the staff accommodated me with a new room in a quiet area of the hotel.

Pros:

Was close to the clinic we had an appointment at early morning.

Cons:

Everything. Room was tiny, filthy, loud, no hot water, bed was a rock, breakfast was opened late and wasn't anything on it but yogurt that was almost expired. Will NEVER RETURN.

Clean, affordable, and convenient to the neighborhood.
Pros:

Easy check in/out. The whole property was very clean, and the lobby made a good first impression. The staff we talked to were all kind and friendly. Room and bath finishes seemed very new and in great condition, hardly any wear and tear at all in our unit. It almost seemed a little stark and cold, though. It could maybe use some wall textiles or (washable) rugs to soften it up a bit. Very convenient to Stadium Village and easy access to the Como Park area, where we visit frequently. The pet policy and fee is very reasonable compared to many properties in the area. Sometimes they want more for the pet fee than I pay for the room! All in all, a great stay.

Cons:

Not much selection for breakfast. Although it is listed as "continental," most properties have taken to offering more by way of hot food or proteins (even on "the continent"). That said, the breakfast area was kept clean and well-stocked with the offerings that were available. (We last stayed here several years ago and it seemed like more was offered then)
The window was leaky, and there was a little rainwater on the windowsill and floor. (Very small and not in the way of anything we needed) Forgot to let them know about this. (317).

Friendly staff, and a great value spot to stay for UMN events.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and the check-in was super quick!

Cons:

I forgot to ask about the fabric softener used at this hotel so I did wake up with a bit of a rash however that is not only the property or staff at all. That was my own fault!

Location met our needs, place was clean and staff was pleasant.
Pros:

location was perfect for heading to University Event. Walking distance to where we needed to go. Staff was friendly. On site parking. Place was clean. Our room was a little different as it was by the elevator, but served our needs just fine.

Cons:

BREAKFAST! If you are expecting full breakfast options then this is not for you. Cold cereal...froot loops or raisin bran, and make yourself a piece of toast. Juice was not good. Also, keep in mind a double bed is not a queen bed. It is full size. Worked for us, but something to remember when you are booking :).

It was fine. I'm glad we were only there for one night.
Pros:

Staff was excellent and welcoming! Room was clean and well-stocked.

Cons:

The pillows are terrible and impossible to comfortably sleep on.

The breakfast was incredibly underwhelming. There was no meat or anything hot, nor was there any non-milk alternative for the cereal.
