Pros:

the breakfast was ok..but rhe restaurant were nor open.

Cons:

i think some body neef to check the rooms make sure everything work properly..when i get my room i notice somethings are not working properly like the minicooler in the room were not working and smelly.the outlet in the restroom was broke.good thing was the staff move me to a diferent room right away after i report it...thats is a plus.

I would not come back.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. I utilized the gym and it was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable as well

Cons:

I was very hungry once I checked in and asked about room service. The food looked great but when I was trying to call, the calls would not go through. I ended up having to call the front desk and the woman I spoke to placed me on a “brief hold” which turned into 15 minutes. It took 30 minutes to get ahold of someone and when I was able to get ahold of him, at the end of the call, I said “thank you” and he said “uh huh”. Rude. I work in hospitality and it was not polite at all. Guess how long it took for the food to come? Another 30 minutes. Also… don’t get food to your room. It’s so complicated to order and they charge $10 “delivery fee” on top of already ridiculously priced food.

I also was shocked to not find the room stocked with an iron. I was there on business and had to go to the front desk to ask for one. Very frustrating

One more thing.. they stated I had access to “free WiFi” which in fact was not true. I tried multiple times to connect and even asked for assistance and it never worked. You have to pay $15 for WiFi. Ridiculous. I travel all the time all over the US and internationally and never pay for WiFi. It’s already expensive to stay here, why would you make us pay? Just because you want us to be Hilton Honor Members?
