they did not make my room on the second day; they did not give me a receipt upon check out event though I have previously requested to them and to bookin.com because they insisted it was booking.com resposability to give it to me.

I love staying the C. Baldwin Hotel in Houston, Tx! This has become my favorite hotel to stay at and their valet services is always great! Valon is a great guy with great customer service! If see him in the valet, he will definitely get you taken care of!
We enjoyed our stay at the Baldwin. Neat, clean, great staff throughout the hotel! Great location with a short walk to the Hobby Center and other downtown Houston venues. The breakfast was good and the staff that we interacted with from the servers to the valet were all cheerful and kind!

What sets the C Baldwin apart from other properties are the PEOPLE. From front desk to guest services to housekeeping to valet - this is a team focused on your comfort, needs, and going the extra mile.
The rooms remind me of a dorm style setting. My only dislike was the walk in showers only came in the King style room. The valet parking team was awesome. Jospeh gave us excellent customer service. It was my first time visiting Houston I would book here again.
The hotel was really good. Exceeds my expectations and of course really appreciated the complimentary food that was given for my partner’s 21st birthday celebration. Also, valet was very nice! Would love to visit again.
Just the breakfast we ordered. Delivery was good however the food wasn’t very great for us. Especially for how much I paid. But hopefully next time it will be better. Since I love the place.
I enjoy staying at this hotel. It takes a while if you request things to be sent up to your room but otherwise service is great. Joseph at valet was awesome. The ladies at the lobby bar were great and the drinks were good. This is definitely my go to affordable houston stay.
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the morning receptionist, Renae. I asked a simple question regarding the security deposit and was met with an attitude that came across as rude and dismissive. She appeared agitated and was very snippy during the interaction. Customer service and professionalism are important, especially when addressing questions or concerns, and this experience did not reflect that. I hope management addresses this, as respectful communication can make a big difference.
Demarco helped me with my bags he’s the best!
While attending a volleyball tournament we had an opportunity to stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the valet team( lead by Demarco) was very attentive! The rooms were clean and quiet. In additon to the useful complementary downtown shuttle service, we did not have to wait long for our car during checkout. Highly recommend!
