Pros:

Hotel bem localizado pra quem quer ficar no centro. Ótimo tamanho de quarto com facilidade de café e água. Funcionários educados. O quarto estava pronto antes do check-in , o q é ótimo pra quem chega mais cedo!

Cons:

Estacionamento muito caro, até pra quem fica no centro. Sofá do quarto desgastado.

Amazing first impression
Pros:

Bellman Joshua was amazing he took care of me and daughter while here for NCA cheer!! Truly appreciate him!!

The front desk staff was also amazing it’s our first time and we’re loving our corner King suite!!

Overall it did its job giving a place to stay for night and it's a beautiful hotel .
Pros:

The front desk man was super pleasant made everything super easy he even bought us a mini fridge since I didn't realize we needed to get a suite to have one .

Cons:

Having a fridge and microwave in room for the price and more knowledge from staff of what was in room we were told we didn't have an ice bucket and to use a trash can with a bag in it then we found it in the bathroom
