I wanted to say thank you to Tianna, Byron, DJ and MA for taking care of me and my car at valet. Their service was amazing, very professional and kind. Thank you for making the valet experience easy and a breeze!

Hotel was clean and up to date.

The front desk man was super pleasant made everything super easy he even bought us a mini fridge since I didn't realize we needed to get a suite to have one .

I have stayed at the C. Baldwin Hotel on multiple occasions, and every single visit has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for your stay. My fiancé and I especially appreciate how genuinely friendly and attentive the staff is. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of, and you can tell they truly care about their guests experience. The hospitality is truly next level.

Great atmosphere! All very nice and helpful

We had an amazing stay at C. Baldwin, Curio Collection by Hilton in Houston on our recent girls’ trip!

From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, the customer service was absolutely top notch.

A huge shoutout to Byron at valet for setting the tone with such a warm welcome. DeMarco at the bell desk was helpful, friendly & professional, and helped us after our shopping spree.

Nelson at Good to Go Café made the perfect latte every morning which was truly one of the highlights of our stay!

The front desk team of Antonio, Khalil, and Khi were all incredibly helpful and attentive to anything we needed. They made us feel genuinely cared for the entire time.

Our rooms were beautifully appointed, stylish, and very comfortable. The only small suggestion would be adding a few more outlets for charging devices; with a group of friends, we definitely had plenty of phones and gadgets to plug in!

The breakfast buffet was delicious (that orange juice though… so good!), and overall the vibe of the hotel was chic, welcoming, and fun; perfect ingredients for a trip with friends.

We’ll absolutely be returning for future Houston visits. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the C. Baldwin for our wedding night and used the suite for the bridesmaids to get ready. The space was incredibly nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. Demarco helped us with our bags when we got there and when we checked out. He was awesome and incredibly friendly!
