Óptimo local para levar o seu pet
Pros:

Instalações excelentes. Levei o meu cão e o hotel está super preparado para receber cães hóspedes. Para não deixar o meu cão sozinho, uma vez, e bem, que não pode estar na zona das comidas, apresentam um room service super completo. Eu tinha levado tudo para o Mallow, mas eles tinham cama, e os acessórios de comida e casa de banho. Os funcionários foram 5 estrelas

Fabulous!
Pros:

We stayed at the Crown Plaza Porto on our girls weekend away and it was fabulous! The hotel is located away from the centre of town, which we loved. It’s around a 45 minute walk into town or a 10 minute taxi ride, which are really reasonably priced (we spent a grand total of £39 over 5 journeys!) The reception area has a calm, welcoming and contemporary feel. We booked a triple room, which was plenty big enough for 3 adults, and the rooms were spotless. The quality and variety of food served at breakfast was excellent, including a good selection of gluten free options. The bar served delicious, very reasonably priced food and wine and the bar staff were superb! Special mention to Tiago and Nuno whose attentiveness and attention to detail truly made our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will be sure to return!

This is just the restaurant!
Pros:

We booked a table for 9pm this evening. On arrival we waited 25 minutes for drinks and the waiter did not fully understand what we asked for. We had bread and olives for starters and when the main came, these items were not removed first. I had the Piri Piri Chicken which was extremely bland and lacked seasoning. My wife had the calzone and was basically a giant cheese on toast! No seasoning, no herbs and a poor attempt of a side salad. Meal came to 61 euros but was certainly not worth the value. Overall, very disappointed. Hotel is beautiful and staff at reception and bar are amazing and this is no reflection on them at all.

Perfect
Pros:

I had such a lovely stay here.

I arrived early (an easy 10 minute walk from Francos metro) and was able to leave my bags.

When i returned my bags were already in my room. The room was spacious, great aircon and comfy, and was very quiet, despite being next to a lift.

The staff were all professional and friendly.
