Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms and good facilities
Pros:

It is a really nice and very comfortable hotel, with pleasant and professional staff, good breakfasts, good sized rooms, comfortable beds and excellent meeting rooms. The hotel is also well soundproofed so you cannot hear the nearby roads. It is well positioned for quick access to the motorway and the airport and the centre of o Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia are about 15 to 20 minutes away by taxi. I definitely recommend this hotel, which was also excellent value for money. It has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere and I will stay here again.

je crois qu(habituellement ce hôtel 5* offre un petit verre de porto lorsque vous arrivez et faites le check-in. ce fut le cas à l'été 2025 quand j'y avais séjourné 2 nuits . Mais là, rien . Je n'ai pas réclamé mais j'aurais apprécié.

Tinha tudo para correr bem, mas foi dececionante.

Conforto da cama, variedade ao pequeno-almoço, localização e simpatia de toda a equipa

Cons:

O AC estava avariado, então, mesmo com uma cama super confortável, não conseguimos dormir toda a noite, o que é dececionante quando estamos a falar de um hotel 5* em que se espera um serviço à altura.
Passamos toda a noite como se tivéssemos um comboio a passar por cima da nossa cabeça, mesmo com AC desligado o barulho era insuportável.
