La ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro de Bilbao.
El desayuno espectacular, de los mejores que he probado
La habitación muy grande y acogedora
Pero sobre todo, destacar la atención de todo el personal del hotel: desde la recepción, pasando por los conserje, como los camareros del roof-top bar y del bar del lounge.

Brilliant but could do with more modern rooms.
Pros:

The bar downstairs, rooftop bar, breakfast and gym were great. The staff was really nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was a bit outdated, and whilst the bathroom was clean, it also looked dated and was a bit smelly. The breakfast was superb and a refurbishment to the breakfast salon would make justice to the impeccable menu.

Great location, great staff, room/hotel infrastructure and features need work

Location, the pillows in the bed and staff

Cons:

Appliances in the room not working (I.e the heater in the bathroom), WC, access to the room had escalators that did not have a ramp for suitcases, and the window shades did not work properly (switch controlled).

Comfy, clean and great location
Pros:

Comfy and clean room. Lovely hotel with a great rooftop bar. Welcoming staff. Loved that the bedroom had a door separating it from the bathroom/main entrance to the room, meant the bedroom was extra quiet at night. Well located.

Cons:

Room was quite small but not really an issue at all.
