Estadia perfeita em Bilbao
Pros:

Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. As instalações são muito boas e limpas. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo a pé.

Cons:

A única coisa menos boa é a comida do hotel, demasiado cara e com pouca qualidade. De referir que aqui o pequeno almoço não está incluído, esse era muito completo e com qualidade.

Great city hotel, centrally located in the lovely city of Bilbao
Pros:

Great city hotel, kept in traditional style, just a 10 minutes walk from the Guggenheim museum. A metro line close by, bringing you to the old city in minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was more than excellent! The hotel has a gym open 24/7 and a terrace bar with a wonderful view. A variety of restaurants and shops near by, and easy access via the metro line to the Bus Station. We enjoyed the stay very much - in the lovely city of Bilbao.

A lovely stay at hotel Ercilla de Bilbao

The staff in the Bar Americano were so kind and helpful. They just made us feel so welcome and created such a relaxed atmosphere.
