Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Situado en pleno centro, cerca de todo caminando (a la misma distancia de San Mamés que del Guggenheim. El personal tremendamente amable y una oferta de desayuno muy completa. Destacar la amabilidad del personal del buffet.

Great location
Pros:

Despite I upgraded my room, its size is still pretty small. It will be difficult if you have three full sized suitcases. On the good side, the hotel probably has been remodeled in the last few years, breakfast is good, service is excellent and location is outstanding. It is near the pedestrian streets, plenty of restaurants and bars and within walking distance to Guggenheim.

Todo una maravilla, desayuno bufet y a la carta para elegir diferentes días. El personal muy muy amable y agradable! Creo que lo mejor fue cada persona que nos atendió. Gracias a todos ellos!

Cons:

Por poner una sugerencia, tener habitaciones para animales sin moqueta. Aún así, gracias por aceptar q vaya con mi mascota.

Curva a 90° muito difícil para carros Suv. À saída o portao grande abre para dentro e bateu no carro com força.
Pedimos apoio a receção mas ninguém apareceu.
Estivemos 1 h para sair da garagem e com o carro riscado
