I had an absolutely outstanding stay at Hotel Ercilla de Bilbao, Autograph Collection Bilbao. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel goes far beyond expectations.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and offered an exceptional level of comfort. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged — it truly had everything we needed and more.

What stood out the most was the attention to detail, especially as we were traveling with a small child. As a parent, I deeply appreciate when a hotel anticipates your needs so well that you can fully relax without worrying about the little things. The staff showed genuine care for our family, which made the experience even more special.

The food was simply amazing — the breakfasts were outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Every meal felt like a highlight of the day.

Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, and the overall atmosphere was both elegant and welcoming. The team was professional, attentive, and made us feel truly valued as guests.

This stay exceeded all our expectations, and I would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

The Hotel Ercilla de Bilbao, Autograph Collection is a great stay for location and the overall appearance of a throw-back hotel.

This hotel has an upscale 1970s vibe that reminds me of some of the classic hotels I've stayed in like the Waldorf Astoria in New York. It's been updated and renovated but the classic feel remains.

It's in a great location with outstanding service and comfortable rooms.

It's located right on a pedestrian mall and within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants as well as the Guggenheim Bilbao.

As a Platinum Marriott member, a la carte breakfast in the American Bar was included for me and it was one of the BEST hotel breakfasts I've ever had, with an interesting menu and outstanding service. The staff member that greeted me each of my seven days was a gentleman who seems to have worked there for a long time. I wish I had gotten his name because his level of service was outstanding and I'd love to be able to mention his name in honor and appreciation.

This is a great place that I'd return to when given the opportunity.

Le personnel était super

Check in and out were quick and smooth. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I needed some first aid and it was provided very quickly.
Room was large and comfortable. Good supply of sockets and toiletries. Housekeeping came in everyday which was good. Complementary water in eco friendly cartons was a nice touch.
The hotel is in the centre of Bilbao but the taxi only took 15 minutes from the airport and cost 30 euros by law.

j'ai eu la chambre 127 pour handicapé mais n'avait pas requis une chambre pour handicapé. Cependant j'avais fait quelques demandes et mentionné mon âge ce qui a probablement joué un rôle. Le petit déjeuner était magnifique, le personnel super et efficace et le bar du 13ème étage magnifique.
