Staff couldnt do enough for us. Polite and professional. Room was excellent. Good size. Beds comfy. Brilliant shower. No issues with any aspect of our stay

Cons:

One tiny thing. No mirror in our room except for in toilet. I was travelling with wife and two daughters in a family room and they were inconvenienced

Bilbao’nun merkezinde temiz ve güzel bir otel. Tüm ihtiyaçlar için her şey detaylı düşünülmüş. Oda da ütü bile vardı çok işimize yaradı. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel tekrar geldiğimizde kalacağım bir otel.
