Im Grundsatz alles bestens, kurzer aber erholsamer Aufenthalt, zentral in der Stadt gelegen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und jederzeit engagiertes Personal. Zimmer Moden gestaltet und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage vernünftig regelbar. Speisen und Getränke auf internationalem Niveau, sowohl von der Anmutung als auch vom Geschmack. Tolle Dachterasse mit kleiner Bar und Tapas. Ideal für den frühen Abend, um sich für die Nacht einzustimmen oder den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Cons:

Zimmer zum Teil sehr klein. Der kleine Schreibtisch konnte man nur als Ablage nutzen, aber nicht um ein Notebook daraufzustellen, um zu arbeiten. Der Platz zum Bett war einfach nicht ausreichend. Beim Frühstück gab es nur Kapsel Maschinen. Bei dieser Preislage erwarte ich einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Das ist zwingend.

Ottima posizione, in 12 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Guggenheim, in 15 il Casco Viejo attraverso la Gran Via. Metro a 2 minuti. Ottimi locali di pintxos nei pressi dell'hotel.
Struttura molto pulita, sia nelle aree comuni che in stanza.
Stanza e bagno ampi. In stanza presenti cassaforte, TV, armadio a due ante, scrivania e divano, letto matrimoniale alla francese, moquette a terra. In bagno era presente il bidet e vari kit utili.

Cons:

Colazione ripetitiva e sempre uguale. La colazione dolce era ridotta, non c'erano dolci tipici dei paesi baschi (solo churros!), ridottissima scelta vegana; una mattina, inoltre, erano terminate le uova fritte e non sono state preparate nuovamente.

Pros:

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je séjourne à l’hôtel Ercilla, et c’est toujours un plaisir d’y revenir. La literie est très confortable, la chambre est spacieuse et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est tout simplement excellent.
Je n’ai vraiment rien à redire, tout est parfait ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Tutto lo staff si è preso cura di noi da quando siamo arrivati con l'auto davanti all'ingresso a quando ce ne siamo andati, un trattamento che abbiamo ricevuto raramente in hotel di pari categoria. La posizione è perfetta, tutti i luoghi d'interesse si raggiungono facilmente a piedi.
