Needs a major overhaul. Not worth staying there nit even for free.
Pros:

Most of the restaurants I was interested in were no more than 15 minutes away.

Cons:

The facility is not ready to receive customers.
You can see dead cockroaches in the corridors
The linen on the bed had stains on it.
The floors in the room were filthy.
No trash cans in the rooms.
There were no real towels, only hand towels and wash cloths.
Check-in was complicated, and so was checkout.
They did not advise ahead of time that the pool was not open, major disappointment to my kids.
The fridge stunk big time.
The microwave also was not clean and had a fowl oder.
The A/C did not work properly, We had to run it for close to four hours just for the room to become comfortable. We had to leave for some time till that was accomplished.
The room was full of dust, walls, and curtains. Breathing was difficult for a couple of days after leaving.
Even though the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, there was an overpowering smell of smoke..
