I couldn't figure out how to block the light coming in my room from the atrium. I still well but I would have preferred a darker room for sleeping.

Désagréable surprise !!
Pros:

Situation géographique excellente, navette gratuite depuis l'aéroport, piscine très peu fréquentée.

Cons:

Un hôtel 4-Etoiles, sérieusement ??!! Chambre très (très !) défraîchie : trous dans les rideaux occultants (donc lumière qui passe), moquette ancienne et vraiment peu ragoûtante, salle de bain des années 90 et traces de moisi autour de la baignoire.
La piscine présente également des signes de vieillissement évidents, mais reste très agréable, après 11h de vol.
En revanche, le restaurant est très bien et l'Atrium est bien conçu.
Franchement, à plus de 300€ la nuit, c'est du délire !!
Pour l'anecdote, on avait dormi au Sheraton de Frankfurt (même gamme d'hôtels) la nuit précédant le départ, et on a payé 155 € pour une chambre au top du top...

Pros:

This is a very nice hotel, large lobby with a modern bar and restaurant. I only stayed for a few hours before my flight but I had a very comfortable and quiet stay. There was a free airport shuttle that ran all night which was really convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The first room I was placed in was quiet but had an unpleasant odor of old water and moisture. The stench was so strong I requested to move to a different room which the staff graciously accommodated.

Excellent support & flexible Staff.
Pros:

Excellent receptive front desk and very helpful with my wife who is in a wheelchair fulltime. They went out of their way to make sure we had a wheelchair shuttle available to support our travel needs in the morning. Not to mention it was for a 5:30am pickup. I'll never forget it and frequent the Hyatt should my vacation plans return to the San Francisco area. Thanks

Glassware caked with nasty
Pros:

Check the bathroom glassware. If it’s super dirty and not cleaned that’s how you know the care they put in the whole room, we got in late and had an early flight the next morning - didn’t want the hassle to change rooms but the glassware in the bathroom was gross and shower had mold in the corners
