The Club Lounge is opened from Monday to Sunday. Breakfast service remains at The Poet Restaurant.

Always an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and my room was nice and quiet.

Cons:

The bed was very firm - perhaps a little too firm. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Major Issues During My Stay (February 2026)
Extremely cold rooms and restaurant – guests were wearing jackets indoors; colder inside than outside
Heating issue not resolved over two nights. Temporary electric heater provided, but very loud and unsuitable for proper rest
Cold temperature in the restaurant made dining unpleasant and unenjoyable
Breakfast only until 9:30 a.m. – unusually early and inflexible for an international hotel
No alternative solutions offered for heating or breakfast hours
Early check-out required, as staying longer was not reasonable
Switched to another hotel with no such issues
Positive note:
Staff were very kind, polite, and professional
Special thanks to Konstantin, who handled my complaint seriously and did everything within his power.

Le petit déjeuner et la taille de la chambre.

La piscine n’était pas accessible alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ça… très déçu
Ensuite nous avions droit à un verre offert. Après négociation avec le barman et le responsable on nous sert des cocktails qui étaient censés être gratuits.
Finalement on essaie de nous faire payer une addition à plus de 100 euros en mode drama dans le hall de l’hôtel.
La relation client est vraiment à revoir. Je pense que cet hôtel fonctionne essentiellement la semaine avec la commission européenne et que les clients du week-end sont négligés.
Je n’ai pas apprécié d’être traitée comme ça. Nous avions réservé 3 chambres c’était un cadeau pour ma mère.
Nous ne reviendrons pas
