Modern, large hotel in a quieter area of Brussels near the European Parliament and within 2 mins walk to Luxembourg station and 20 mins walk to central station via the palace. Some nice bars and restaurants located close by for the evening.
Room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet.
Only real negative which is a shame as it's the first and last impression was the lack of friendliness on the reception desk at check in and check out, and with any other interaction. Yes they were efficient, but a smile and some friendliness wouldn't have gone a miss

Not much. Rooms are of decent size and functional.
Staff is not professional. Pool was closed and that information was given to us only when we checked in. Hotel needs urgent update and some places in the hotel smell bad.
