The room was very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent one day but less so the next.

Cons:

The young lady checking me in was condescending to me and unsympathetic to my situation. The water station and ice machine were filthy.

Pros:

Comfortable bed with soft linens and many pillow choices. Quiet and not a lot of light filtering in overnight. Very clean. Breakfast available.

Cons:

Need coffee maker in the room. A bit pricey.

Reliably good, clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming. This was a second stay. We returned for a second time after this hotel rescued us from a very bad hotel in Torrington in a first visit to the area for work. It was a welcomed relief and our second stay was clean and comfortable again.

Cons:

We wished we had bottle water in our room. The water fountain in lobby is not filtered water and was empty on arrival. The elevator door stuck and hesitated every time we used it. Some parts of hotel could use a refresh and updating.

Dirty, would never stay again.
Pros:

The girl who checked us in was nice

Cons:

Shower had mold, the vent in the bathroom didn't work and clearly hasn't worked in a while. There was mold around the mirror and all surrounding the shower. Finally decided to check out 5 hours after checking in after finding a freaking bug in my hair.
