We asked for a refund 1/2 hr after check in.
Cons:

Very run down and sketchy. Room has gnats all over, fridge still full of food. Cigarette burns in cushions. I was afraid my car was going to be broken into. Looked like people lived there permanently.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Room smelled like stale smoke. Person below us was smoking in and around room. Early check in is pointless as was unable to check in at 8 am on app, 3:30 at hotel unable to check in BUT 11:30 pm after the concert was ok. At that point why complain about room when I'm tired.

It was an older complex and could use some paint and updates but liked the room size.
Pros:

Rooms were a good size and had the entire kitchen, which was unexpected. The breakfasts were really good.

Cons:

Cleaning wasn't the best. I had to clean out spiders before I showered, whomever used the dishwasher, didn't know how to load so everything had to be rewashed. The stove top hadn't been cleaned in a long time. When we used the sofa sleeper, there were a lot of coins in it so we left them for the staff. Nothing had been vacuumed underneath and if you went barefoot, your feet were really dirty so the carpeting hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
Also we looked forward to using the pool or even the hot tub but unfortunately they filled it the day we left - would have been nice to know when we booked it that neither were available. Also there appeared to be several cars that had been there for awhile - had flat tires so not sure what was going on there.

Very upsetting
Pros:

Location was nice.

Cons:

The room was not clean at all. We had to literally go to the store by cleaning supplies and clean the room. We did take photos and was told by staffing that housekeeping was unavailable and that they had took over the hotel 2 months ago and had not went through and cleaned rooms nor inspected them. Was told to contact booking.com for my refund as the hotel was unable to do it because I booked with a third party.

Room was big

Cons:

Beds are hard. No windows to open, had a kitchen with no silverware, patio door with no screen, bathroom is small. Called to have thermostat fixed as it went out the first night here and no one fixed it. TV remote did not connect to the TV and asked for assistance on that and no help. 1 lamp in room, otherwise just over head in kitchen and bathroom to use. Small garbage cans in kitchen and bathroom not big enough to hold anything but a couple plates.

I would never recommend a Wyndham to anyone after this experience.
Pros:

Where it was located.

Cons:

We checked out of this hotel on 5/2 as the room was in terrible condition.
-tub not in working order
-microwave dirty
-coffee pot dirty
-only decaf coffee
-dirty carpet
-lights on kitchen not fully functional
-TV not working
-Toilet leaking and refilling continuously
-spiders in the bathroom
-Room smells of marijuana, most likely from the staff below our stairwell smoking
-lamps were all unplugged and sparked when we plugged them in
-no pool or whirlpool as advertised
When we checked out, the manager apologized and told us to start a refund process through
Booking and that he would approve it. Booking has notified us they are waiting on the manager of the hotel to respond.
