Don't waste your money here.

Guy at the desk was trying.

Cons:

Not clean. Hair on toilet, ceiling fan dripping with dirt, chairs and furniture were filthy, garbage outside door, not shoveled from a snowstorm from 2 days prior (couldn't even park our car or walk up the stairs to the room- there was a shovel people were using to clear snow). Not great...who asks patrons to shovel to get to their rooms?? The first room they gave us people were in...they had no information on file on who was in that room. Squatters??

3:30am 2 girls screaming, banging on door broke glass outside. They were very very loud. Food was still in the fridge from last visitor. Floor dirty.

The first room I had was cold and never heated. I was there for 3 days and room wasn’t stocked so I had to keep going to front desk for things that should of been in the room

Good overall, except for the people just hanging around.
Pros:

I had a nice room while in Green Bay, WI for a work weekend. The room was clean and well stocked.

Cons:

There were multiple people sitting and smoking on the steps up to my room throughout my stay. It kind of made this nice location feel a bit trashy. Maybe just allowing smoking toward the sidewalk or a designated area would be helpful.

A rip off and very unpleasant enviornment

Nice staff.

Cons:

Very very run down both interior and exterior Bugs in the room and cob webs. Tattered furniture. Not clean. Damaged walls, I met two other guests who felt the same. I said one of the worst places I ever was in and the man said I'd hate to see the worst.
