I had a wonderful experience.
Pros:

We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel. It was very beautiful inside the hotel.

Cons:

My view was just looking over the interstate. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t much to see.

The property was luxurious and I enjoyed the room services. If we needed toilet paper or trash bags, or housekeeping, staff were quick to tend to those needs.

Cons:

No free parking for hotel residents, 2 out of 4 elevators were broken on check out day so elevator wait times were long, almost 5 minutes. The refrigerator was also very very tiny, could fit maybe a few water bottles.

Beautiful facility, confy beds, I love how the lobby smell when u walk in! Kids loved the indoor pool. Close to 2 big malls in a high class area.

Pleasant enough hotel but far too expensive. Especially food and parking. Felt like I was being ripped off, which soured

No complaints about the hotel itself. Clean, well run, attentive staff.

Cons:

It is ludicrously - and I mean ludicrously - overpriced. I was there for work so I wasn’t even spending my own money, and the cost still made me wince. $33 for a very average buffet breakfast. An additional charge of $22 per day to use the car park (despite being a paying guest). No free wifi as standard. It was a nice hotel but I didn’t enjoy my stay as I felt like I was being ripped off
