There were roaches in the room. The door had to be forced closed using the full weight of your body and we could not get the door to lock properly. When I brought it up at the front desk they just said ok. No action was taken.
It was quiet staff are nice
No ventilator, the other building was old AC barely worked door to bathroom was partially off the hinges there was a pill my child found in the room drinks still in the fridge so how was the room so called clean the room I requested wasn’t what I got and wasn’t discounted
The overall nice facility.
Staff never responded to simple requests. Replace broken coffee maker, request for room service. I was staying 3 days, you would hope these problems to be handled.

Hotel pictures are deceiving, we were placed in a separate.room not on main hotel, it was like a physiology ward/ Prison. Another building it smelled like urine in the hallways of the 3rd flood and multiple rooms all had bad smells to them. Beware!

DO NOT STAY HERE — Absolutely Disgusting
We stayed here for ONE night on August 29, and I honestly regret it. This was easily one of the nastiest hotel stays I’ve ever experienced.
The second we walked through the front door, there was a horrible, overwhelming musty smell. The carpet was literally damp, and there was a dehumidifier/carpet dryer running in the lobby trying to dry it out. That alone should have been enough for us to turn around and leave.
Then we got to the room. The concrete walls made it feel like we were staying in an unfinished prison cell or an insane asylum.The room was a decent size with two beds that appeared to be somewhat clean, but there was a loveseat/couch that was absolutely revolting. It had what appeared to be blood stains, bleach stains, and numerous other stains that I don’t even want to imagine the origin of. The lampshades were stained and filthy as well. How does something like that make it through housekeeping?
The nightstands and TV stand were covered in dust and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom lighting was practically nonexistent, and the shower/tub had visible rust.
And if the disgusting condition of the hotel wasn’t enough, the hotel is directly next to train tracks. We were woken up throughout the night by extremely loud freight trains. So not only were we sleeping in a filthy room, we barely slept at all.
But the absolute worst part happened the next morning.
I woke up with bites all over my hands. I was so concerned that I made a doctor’s appointment, and the doctor confirmed that the bites were consistent with bedbug bites.
Now, after staying here for ONE NIGHT, I’m having to wash and dry everything we brought with us and worry about whether we potentially brought bedbugs into our home. The amount of stress and disgust this has caused is unbelievable.
I have stayed in plenty of hotels over the years, and this was by far one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve had.
