The keys were problematic multiple times the room key did not work
Everything was ok
On my 3rd day there I went to the desk and asked to have clean towels and to have the empty body wash bottle replaced.
They never came and that night I had to go to the office and get them for myself
The noise from the train! And the stuffiness of the room was unbearable, I had to leave the air/fan on full time.
It was quiet.
The room was like a jail cell, surrounded by concrete. Both beds were incredibly uncomfortable, probably the worst spring-in-back experience I've had in a long time.
I slept on the sofa bed, which had the thinnest mattress, with no other options available.
The room was kind of strange, and with the train tracks behind it, I couldn’t really rest well. Early in the morning, it even sounded like someone knocked on the window or something—I’m not sure what it was. I didn’t get good sleep. Also, the TV wasn’t working right; the remote only controlled the volume.
Location
The smell, broken elevator. Out dated
free parking , staff very friendly, and accommodating. comfortable bed.
The passing trains didn't shake the room.
Room stank of stale cigarette smoke and stale musty air. Bath faucet leaked constantly.. Breakfast was below average for similar type hotel, and the carpet was fowl. Dirty, with repair holes, probably what made the room stink.
Right near train tracks that was not mention on the website. Shower curtain was falling down. Graffiti written on the inside parts of the curtains. Keycard had to be reprogrammed twice a day on both cards. When checking out receptionist was putting her makeup with half her foundation on. That was so unprofessional.
