Location was good and staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The place was dilapidated and in dire need of renovations. The outside was great. Inside was a hot 🔥 mess.

I refused to stay in this motel. The smell was horrible, the carpet was soaking wet, there was a refrigerator that had something gross splattered all over the front of it. I would like my refund back I was promised tho!

Everything! This was the dirtiest, most disgusting place I have ever stayed! It was NOT as advertised! The entire place had a horrible odor. The carpet in the room was torn and the refrigerator was covered in what looked like blood stains or feces!!! The smoke was missing a battery and therefore was not working... and the faucet in the shower was dripping heavily and non-stop, which kept me awake all night!!! The elevator button was broken and we got stuck in the elevator momentarily! There was no detergent available in the laundry room. We found out, after the fact, that there was detergent in the snack food vending machine... which I'm not sure is even legal!!! Finally, the "continental breakfast" consisted of a few items from the snack food vending machine!!!

This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I have photos and videos to document everything!!!

I AM DEMANDING A FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND!!!

good for traveling workers, but not for family
Pros:

The stuff is good to work with. However, there’s definitely poor communication from cleaning staff to the front office as the TV was broken in my room. The hall is smell. Very bad of lingering trash, which is not very pleasant.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. During my stay, I found multiple roaches in the room, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unsanitary. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, but this place clearly does not meet even basic standards. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.”

Pros:

Room not properly cleaned. "Breakfast" was prepackaged sugary snacks only. No hairdryers on premises (i asked! ). Security door at back of property apparently broken for a long time, wouldn't close. First staff member i met was professional, the last one was rude.
