If you need medical facilities it’s a great location. Close to NRG stadium.
Pros:

The shuttle to the Rodeo was an unexpected pleasant surprise. It was close to my kids apartment and NRG stadium.

Cons:

There was hair on the bathroom floor. The bed was too soft which caused me to have a restless night sleep.

Horrible, place was nasty, parking facility was scary.
Pros:

I was suppose to be booked for only 1 night and for some reason was charged for 2 nights. They could not help me with this. Front Desk was extremely rude and acted like I was stupid.

Lovely hotel, highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent rooms, beds beautiful and space is wonderful. View was also lovely! We highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay at the medical center area.
Pros:

We were in Houston for an expo and stayed here for 4 nights. Between Joby at the front desk, Ed at the pool bar, and the fella at the lobby bar, we were given a home away from home. The exchange of pleasantries and wholesomeness that came with every interaction made the stay memorable.

Staying here again is an easy choice, solely for the folks on the clock.

Good place to stay near Rice University
Pros:

I received an upgrade so the size and comfortability of the room was perfect. Breakfast was really good. Personel was very polite

Cons:

I had to ask to get fixed the shower tap, the toilet flash in the front toilette and the safety deposit box

Updated rooms and great customer service
Pros:

Fantastic Hilton property in the Med Center with excellent staff and friendly customer service. Stayed in newly renovated room which was well designed and very comfortable. Will be back!
