Pros:

Everything but the leaking shower, refrigerator that did not cool and the bed was horrible.

Cons:

Refrigerator not cooling, bed mattress was too soft ,after a while laying in it we sunk into it and the shower doors leaked water onto the bathroom floor even though they were closed tightly. Also, could not find an ice machine.

Very nice place, just not real handicap friendly if you are on a mobility scooter
Pros:

Friendliness of the staff and the food from the restaurant. Very large and comfortable room and the view from the 16th floor was outstanding.

Cons:

Larger elevators especially going to the parking garage. Almost could not fit my mobility scooter inside as the door closed on it due to no room. Finally got it positioned so the door closed but then had to struggle backing it out of the elevator. Not real handicap friendly. Also the reservation was not on the records so had to be juggled to get a room which I had already paid for that was supposed to be handicap accessible with a roll in shower, which it wasn't. Still a very nice stay for just the one night.

Great hotel, would recommend
Pros:

Perfect location for where we needed to be. Large rooms with great amenities. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Shuttle service is fantastic. Cleaners came daily and were lovely.

Cons:

There was a musty smell within the room. But the room was clean.

This hotel’s location is tops, but they were welcoming and comfortable. Great antidote for the day
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome. My breakfast sandwich was large enough for me to have 3 meals!

Cons:

I had a wonderful plates of ribs in the lounge, but they had no steak knive for me to cut them.

Pros:

Beautiful, clean and very close to MD Anderson Cancer hospital

Overall a very nice stay, just needs a few improvements
Pros:

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even the people who were contacted to repair the swimming pool were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

There was no bench out in front of the hotel where hotel guests could sit and smoke outside. Also there was no ashtray out front to dispose of the cigarette and cigar buds, so people were just throwing them everywhere.

Thanks for a great stay!
Pros:

Hotel was a fine stay with good rooms and quick access to the hospital system. A few staff members made this hotel worth every penny, Francisco, Eugene and , Luis(z?) we’re incredible people to spend some time with during a difficult trip. It’s good people like them that make a difference in a sea of hotels. Thank you for your conversations and generosity, it means a lot. Stay here.

Pros:

Didn't eat. Couldn't because of medical reasons, fasting for operation. Check in hospital at 5:30am in morning.
