Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff and great location. Love having onsite self-parking.
They have a shuttle to the medical facilities, but it is not advertised nor do they have any info about it in the Lobby.
Our room had a great VIEW!!!

Cons:

The toilet was not working well. The tank would not refill so we had to remove the top of the tank off and press on the valve to get it to fill up again.
We reported it to the front desk and maintenance came to fix it, but it the toilet filled up only about 1/2 of the time so had to keep on doing it manually.
Also, the sink on the counter in the room did not fully drain out so there was always about 1/2 inch of water and emitted a foul smell.

Pros:

Very nice room good bar free shuttle to hospital was great. It is pricey. Nice but air conditioning was so loud. Staff great.

I was frustrated with the lack of information that the front desk staff gave myself and other guests
Pros:

I didn’t eat breakfast. And the location was good

1. I am upset that the front desk staff didn’t tell me or other guests that the only elevator to access the rooms was the lobby elevator. Myself and other guests were trying to use the garage elevator to get to our rooms. I told one of the front desk staff about this problem was that they can use better signage. I told him that the staff could have told us.
2. I initially paid $20 for parking. When I got ready to go to the store, I could not find the parking ticket. I asked the front desk staff if he could help me with this problem and he said yes. He asked me what my name was and what floor I was on. I told him 16th floor and he continued to put data in his computer. He later gave me a parking ticket which could be scanned. I went on my way and while checking my banking account I found out that he had charged me an additional $20. He didn’t tell me he would do that

Cons:

1. I didn’t like the lack of customer communication. The staff did not tell customers that the only elevator that could get you to your room was the lobby elevator. Customers were trying to use the garage elevator

2. I was charged an extra $20 for parking without being told that he was charging me for a lost ticket
