Booked a king bed and got 2 full size beds. They would change us to another room then said they would give us free breakfast and only give us 1.
Bathtub was falling apart.

Great price for an amazing hotel stay.
Pros:

Clean, professional looking, nice decor, room was very clean and comfortable. Price was a deal!

Cons:

Bed was too soft for my liking. Construction noises for remodel in the early hours. Helicopter noises during night for nearby hospital could be heard clearly but did not bother me too much.

My experience was 5/0 because of the water stuff other than that the hotel is decent. And I would book again.
Pros:

I liked how the property was clean. and felt luxurious.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the water was shut off from 11pm-4am. I checked in around 9:30.. so I was rushing all to shower and get food before spots started closing.

Pros:

I liked the restaurant in the hotel. In walking distance to the children’s hospital where we had to be the next morning. The easy check-in.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property the two days I was there.

Would stay there again only if I had to.
Pros:

It was close to Rice University.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at Many Hiltons but for whatever reason every time I ordered food to get ordered at this location, they would never let them up to deliver my food to my room. I had to either meet the in the lobby or outside. Not very convenient. At the beds are horrible, very uncomfortable beds.
