Lovely hotel, highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent rooms, beds beautiful and space is wonderful. View was also lovely! We highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay at the medical center area.
Pros:

We were in Houston for an expo and stayed here for 4 nights. Between Joby at the front desk, Ed at the pool bar, and the fella at the lobby bar, we were given a home away from home. The exchange of pleasantries and wholesomeness that came with every interaction made the stay memorable.

Staying here again is an easy choice, solely for the folks on the clock.

Good place to stay near Rice University
Pros:

I received an upgrade so the size and comfortability of the room was perfect. Breakfast was really good. Personel was very polite

Cons:

I had to ask to get fixed the shower tap, the toilet flash in the front toilette and the safety deposit box

Pros:

Fantastic Hilton property in the Med Center with excellent staff and friendly customer service. Stayed in newly renovated room which was well designed and very comfortable. Will be back!

The location to the hospital was fantastic. We had to book last min due to a family situation and arrived later than planned but the staff was overly accommodating and the bed was amazing!!

Decorations with Cari
Pros:

OMGG!!! Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve experienced! Cari was great with the communication and the delivery I wanted . She made everything come to life that I had envisioned. There were no problems every update was communicated right away! Smooth experience I recommend booking Cari for decorations!!!! She will also work with you if you have a set budget:)

Nice stay
Pros:

My son attends Rice University so this property is in a perfect location (walkable to the campus and the great restaurants & shops in Rice Village). I have stayed here numerous times. The staff members are very friendly & super helpful, I have always received a diamond upgrade, and the hotel is very clean. A renovation project is happening and my wife and I had one of the refreshed suites. This is a no frills Hilton…no valet, bell hops, room service, spa, or a fine dining restaurant. But it does have a great pool, a breakfast restaurant, and a nice bar/lounge/casual restaurant.

Fair... had some issues
Pros:

Front desk personnel were very receptive.

However we expect a little more from a Hilton property. TV remote wouldn't function, TV must have been on a streaming service it kept buffering and glitching in and out finally gave up and just turned it off, shower took at least 5 minutes for the hot water to warm up adequately in the morning.... but most importantly wear your shin guards if you're going to get up during the night to go to the bathroom. The bed frame design is not shin friendly. See attached pictures.
