Personale gentile e molto disponibile.

Cons:

La prima camera aveva l'aria condizionata rotta e sempre in funzione sul freddo. Ho chiesto di cambiarla e mi hanno dato un'altra stanza. Tutte le altre stanze erano rumorose a causa di qualche rumore interno. Ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare stanza 4 volte sempre per dei rumori interni(sembravano di qualche apparecchio elettrico). Anche l'ultima era rumorosa ma sono riuscito da solo a risolvere il problema staccando la spina del frigo, faceva un rumore di fondo insopportabile ma alla fine all' 1 di notte sono riuscito a riposare in silenzio.

Room and common areas were less than I expected for a Hilton. Cleanliness was a challenge. I'm a Hilton honors meme and would not stay here again.

Highly recommend and I will tell you why...
Pros:

This place is just beautiful! There's a Starbucks inside with a big lobby room full of sofas to enjoy your breakfast! loved how welcoming it was! The staff was amazing! As we entered our room the aroma was so pleasantly clean. Rooms are very quiet and beds super comfortable. The cleaning staff do an amazing job at cleaning and refilling towels and changing sheets when we aren't there. Definitely recommend staying here it will be worth your money and make your trip that much better!

Cons:

The only issue we had was the A/C in our room didn't go below 72°F. We are somewhat big people and it was a bit warm during the day in the room but at night it was perfect lol.

They can do better
Pros:

I only stayed one night for work training. The room given to me was more than enough for a single traveler which is nice, I got all the space that I needed. There was an ironing board, flat iron etc. Got a view of the pool. Only problem was it was closer to the generators and the sounds wouldn’t allow me to sleep. I called the reception and was assigned a new room on the opposite side at the end of the hall.
It was perfect. Got to sleep.
Morning when I woke up, headed to the shower to get ready for work…there was no hot shower!
Given that experience, the only compensation was breakfast. It was a very good selection. Ate to my hearts delight then checked out.

The hotel was big and had a lot of space. The breakfast buffet was decent, like that they had someone there making omelettes

Cons:

Only 1 elevator was working at the time of visit, they had a dance competition going on and it took forever just to use the elevator. Food was dropped on the floor and not cleaned up in a timely manner. There was a used glove that had been in the elevator, the day I arrived and the day I left leaving me to believe it was not cleaned. The first room on the 6 th floor I was given smelled horrible, like urine, the second room on the 3rd floor had paint chips on the walls. The bed was hard, n

Outstanding Service from Jazmyn Made My Stay Even Better
Pros:

I had a great stay, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Jazmyn at the front desk. She checked in to make sure everything was going well and genuinely cared about my experience. When I mentioned one small thing that could make my stay even better, she handled it with a positive attitude and made it happen without hesitation.

It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and personable, and Jazmyn delivered on both. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile turned a good stay into a great one.

Customer service like this is exactly why I would choose to stay here again. Thank you, Jazmyn, for making my visit memorable!
