Really like the Hilton Houston North Hotel. Very nice room and hotel bar/restaurant. Also, the airport shuttle driver, Michael L, was awesome. He was on time, professional, and very personable. I’ll be back.
The staff at this location always give their best. I am greeted, followed up on and genuinely cared about. The breakfast staff are exceptional. The service they provide and the friendliness is best in class. I always look forward to going down and eating.
Same with the restaurant and bar service. Always a warm greeting, a quick refill, and fast service of great food. The front desk crew are amazing in their helpfulness and hospitality. Clinton even brought me a book from his home when I had finished mine and was searching for another one. The staff make this hotel feel like a family outing.

My experience with the Hotel was bad. No A/c switch my room 3 times. The food and my guy Michael with the shuttle was great!!! That motion a/c and hot water heater is terrible.
Ok so what is going on with this hotel? It's abundantly clear that ownership has invested in remodeling the hotel and things look fine. Public areas are nice and the room furnishing are newish. But management of the hotel is just terrible. Specifically, the housekeeping department needs new leadership. Consistent across our group, rooms were dirty. Our glasses weren't clean, removable stains on chairs were not taken care of, and nobody had cleaned the fridge. We also never got maid service during our two night stay. Replacement towels that we requested didn't match the other towels. Not attention to cleanliness or detail. Oh and the elevators did not work. I looked on yelp and the elevators also did not work 8 months ago. Brad at the front desk was very warm, but either the management company or the hotel management team needs replacement.

The room was a bargain for the amenities. Marie, hostess at the Harth Cafe was super helpful and offered the best recommendations. Service was top notch. The Hilton North is on my list of best places to stay in or around Houston.
Nothing. Other than the staff were pleasant and the waiter at the restaurant was efficient.
First off, I requested early check in several times and never received a response on the app. We got there very early and they did put us in a room right away. Which is why I said the staff were helpful. However. The room we were put into literally had baby powder splashed across all the walls and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The shower took 7 minutes to warm up and then only stayed warm for 5 min. The toilet ran for literally ten min after you flushed. The lights, the ones with bulbs, flickered when on like a low budget rave. It was, hands down, the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. And when I let the desk l staff know about it all I got for my trouble was a free coffee.
The location is called Greenspoint on a map, but according to our Lyft driver as she was dropping us off it's known as "Gunspoint" and told us to stay inside.
Lovely stay at Marriott North Hotel. Met at the airport shuttle by the wonderful Michael who made us very welcome!
