Very quiet with great food and staff. No hot water for the shower.
Pros:

All of the staff from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, concierge were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind people.

Cons:

The only problem with the stay was the lack of hot water in the shower. The sink has scolding hot water but the shower water barely was warm.

Definitely not worth the money
Pros:

Tall

Cons:

Sticky yellow stuff in tub, sticky spots on floor, your shoes stuck to it. Definitely didn’t walk barefoot!

Ok stay.
Pros:

Location and proximity to shops and restaurants. The lobby was nice. Comfortable pillows and bed was ok.

Cons:

The room needs major update. The AC vent cover started falling off the wall the next day. The double doors of the closet were broken and flapping. I would expect being Westin it would’ve a nice toilet paper but they use the cheapest toilet paper this is! I know it’s petty but it was disappointing to have a cheap toilet paper in a nice hotel.

The Westin San Antonio North is unique, inviting and friendly
Pros:

We love the feeling of this property. It’s warm and comfortable and not cold and modern. We’re tired of all the cold modern hotels that have no interest in them just ugly, white and gray. That’s why we stay at the Western in San Antonio North whenever we are in town which is usually about a dozen times a year.

Cons:

A little snack bar would be nice but we can get a soda water or drink if needed. Pack your snacks and an extra bottle of water

I liked that the gym was right in front of the pool and that there was a sauna. The Gym was impressive for a hotel.
