Nice family stay, but could use a little revamp.
Pros:

The location is unmatched, and the fact that you have to pay for parking make the stay less crowded and more enjoyable. The staff was very friendly as well. We liked the gym, very good machines.

Cons:

Rooms seem dated overall, the smell, the toilets, the tubs, stains here and there. Also the facilities in general, like elevators looks and buttons. The hotel needs more remodeling still. Good job so far though, but there is still work to do.

Would not stay there again
Pros:

This stay was a quick weekend to drop my child at camp. The room was cold and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We had a dog with our family of 3. Front desk lady was not friendly at all. The rooms were in need of an update. The restroom was a mess. The hot water on the sink didn't work, wouldn't even turn on. Shower held water and didn't drain properly. Toilet needed multiple flushes just to get toilet paper to go down. The safety locking system for the entry was also broken and anyone could walk in the hotel even at night. We could only get 1 key which was an inconvenience because they were out.

HOTEL YA VIEJO.
Pros:

Lo único que vale la pena es la Ubicación.

Cons:

El Hotel ya tiene sus años y un día no hicieron la Habitación.
Nada va incluido y tienes que pagar por el Internet y por el Estacionamiento.
El desayuno es cero rico.
Me quede muy decepcionado y no voy a regresar.

Poor experience overall: hotel room is very outdated, breakfast was poor with yoghurt that was expired and stale food, front desk staff not very helpful, hotel has been completely unresponsive after checkout.

Management fails all around
Cons:

I called the Marriott directly at 4 PM to let them know I was doing a late check-in. I also followed up with an email to the property at the same time letting them know we would be checking them around 9 PM. It was the Fourth of July and we were busy with family. We checked in at 9:15 and they had sold out the entire hotel and they gave away our room. No Manager was on duty and the front desk woman has no caring, compassion or concern. She was actually overwhelmed with calls, people approached locked out of their rooms and she had NO KEYS to give anyone. While I was dealing with our check in drama, there was also a lady who had come called and stopped by 3 times requesting towels and still had not received them. THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT ON THE BALL. Major fails

Good trip down memory lane for my husband, nice staycation during the Easter weekend.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable
Indoor heated and outdoor pool

Cons:

We were able to order room service but it took a while and we initially didn’t have a menu available

HORRIBLE. AVOID MARRIOT HOTELS
Pros:

Terrible replacing windows so all day and night scaffolding was banging on side of building room was dirty, didn't have the amenities listed for a handicapped room, then took 4 hrs to bring item to rm. Will never stay at a Marriott business again, have had nothing but real low budget stays,never get any rewards, would have had a better stay at kennel, and a lot less money.im done with this business.
