Wonderful staff!!
Pros:

Courtney at check in was so kind and helpful, which we found was the case with all of the staff here. I would recommend a courtyard view for noise.

The location put is in close to the activities we were in town to visit.

Cons:

The location of this hotel is convenient to quite a number of things we were in town to visit. However, the DOWNSIDE was that our room was located a good rocks throw from I-10 East & West. The traffic noise from the interstate DID NOT subside until about 2am, then the noise began picking up again just after 4am. I guess we should have gotten the hint of the complimentary ear plugs on the nightstand. What a trying night to get restful sleep at a hole.

I feel that we should have gotten a courtesy call to see why we hadn't checked in at that time
Pros:

Didn't like that I had to call because we were going to be late because of traffic and I'll check in. I thought that as long as we were there before the night ended it didn't matter what time we got there as long as we got there before the next morning or which would have been 12:00 a.m.

Cons:

That no one called to see why we were late with the original check in time.
