Plenty parking, clean and tidy environment and short walk from the kelpies, would stay there again

Ladies on reception were 1st class and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy, parking excellent. Great stay and close to The Helix tourist attraction.

Was really handy for commuting we stayed over one night fr a wedding.room was clean and tidy , Staff were lovely and very well arranged early check in too , bathroom had mould in shower but all in a was good 😊

The front desk ladies that we dealt with WERE AMAZING. I was near breakdown, ready to cry, and she talked me off the ledge. The location is super inconvenient unless you have a car. We ended up renting a car and it made a world of difference. The staff was so helpful and happy to help tho.
The property was clean but it was loud AF and the bed was hard as rock. Light also came in everywhere and there was one in the bathroom that we couldn’t make go off so sleep mask was used and ear plugs.

We arrived here around 3.00 am following a later flight into Edinburgh. Checking in was straight forward. Room was everything we needed for an overnight stay with a very comfortable bed. Appreciated the big bathroom and roomy shower. We asked if we could check out at noon instead of 11.00 am in view of the fact we would have had so little sleep and they said we could which helped us immensely as we had a long drive home that day.

Amazing place in the middle of the countryside. Very close and not far from the kelpies. Quiet and justwhat.we needed. Thankyou, definitely be back.

the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and explained the property and local amenities.
the rooms were spotless and there was a communal kitchenette that was a bonus. on a morning there is a snack van 200yards from the front door which was good food and price. It is a bit out but as a result it was very quiet and a very short walk down to The Kelpies. It is also smack bang next to the main motorway network and you do not here a thing. All four of us in separate rooms agreed we would stop here again

Great affordable alternative location to Edinburgh for access and daily travel to areas around the area.

Great service from the staff, great value, an all round good stay.

Good location for seeing The Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel, but in quite an industrial area. It was a quiet area and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Only a short walk to the kelpies, which is great. Close to walk or short drive somewhere for something to eat.
The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were really helpful and polite. The room was lovely and spacious, the beds were comfy and had a lovely shower in the morning. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. Despite being in a built up area, it was quiet. Had to ask for a hairdryer as their not left in the room, but absolutely no problem getting one and I handed it back in on the way out. If you want something local to the Kelpies I would recommend it.

I've stopped here a few times now, clean and comfortable rooms, the Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for the Helix park in Falkirk. The stunning Kelpies within walking distance and a short drive to the Falkirk Wheel. The hotel is located on a business park and the nearest restaurant (which was excellent) is Cooks bar and restaurant about 20 minutes walk or a few minutes drive. The hotel is clean and modern, reception staff friendly and helpful. The only downside, the double bed is on the small side.

Nice welcome at reception were able to check in earlier than stated on booking as room was ready. Advisd kitchen had fridge and microwave if we wished to use them. Room was very clean bathroom looked like had been refurbished lovely sized shower cubicle. Bath sheets and hand towels changed daily on our stay.
Bed was a double but small we are used to king size but it was confortable. A little moise in mornings due to location on an industrial estate but an ideal spot for the short walk 6 minutes to the kelpies. Reception and house keeping staff were helpful and pleasant. Would use again if visiting this area.
