The rooms were comfortable, staff very friendly, great breakfast.
Carpet needed shampooing. There was some type of rowing noise off and on that awaken you. Not sure what that was.
New room
Good breakfast
Good location
The design of the room did not allow the sliding door to the bathroom to open all the way up
No closet to hang clothes. Poor design.
Pool was clean hall was clean room was clean
Cant say there was anything I didnt like
The water pressure was good.
Did not have wifi in room. Couldnt watch television (no cable or service).
There’s ants in the bed and everywhere in the room. The pool area is musty and smells like hot dog. Also the wifi here is trash and also the washer had hair all over this place is very horrible I do not recommend!!!
Decent location, great beds and super comfy pillows, nice front desk staff
Small bathroom counter, toilet hard to flush, seat broke, shower hard to turn on and off, poor drainage and would send blast of cold water randomly
Location worked for
Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Hated the TV remote and basic cable, noisy air conditioning unit
Property was nice. Felt safe. Staff was very nice.
The tv kept glitching every few minutes. Would have to turn it off for a few minutes then back on to get it to work. The bathroom door was a little wonky and wouldn’t close all the way. And the room had a strong icy hot smell to it unpon arrival.
After reading the reviews decided to stay here. Great decision!!
Manager Jacob was awesome and deserves praise for his leadership.
Housekeeping manager and staff deserve a big shot out. Everything clean!! Front desk fabulous!! Best digital keys—they always worked!!
We didn't get to enjoy breakfast due to the amount of people at the hotel.
The lighting in the room and bathroom were horrible. There was dust on the light fixtures. Paint chipping throughout the room. The hallways smelled musty. Someone spit in the elevator and we told the front desk the day we checked in. No one cleaned it the entire weekend. I woke up early on purpose so we could get the hell out of there and the spit was still in the elevator at check out.
I did not actually stay here. I checked in and was very unhappy. They are under construction, so it may be temporary, but it felt dirty and strange. It's in a very busy congested area too. Luckily, the front staff was VERY accomodating and allowed me to check back out without hassle immediately after checking in. It had a wierd cleaning smell, the floor we were on had carpet partially ripped up, paint tape or something all around walls, it felt dark and dingy. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and there was another teammate who stayed there who said their experience was ok, and I do tend to be a little picky, so maybe it just wasn't for me. I've been a little hit or miss lately with Hampton's. I ended up paid significantly more for a nicer hotel and was happy. I do appreciate their accomodating me.
Remodeling was taking place. While I know this has to be done, we found the hall was dirty leading to our room.
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in St. Charles, Missouri, from May 14–17, and it fell far below basic hospitality standards. The property is undergoing disruptive renovations, but the real issues were inside the rooms. After finding my first room unacceptable, I changed rooms, only to find the second one just as bad. The bedside lamp was broken, the TV had audio but no video, and the refrigerator was dirty. Most disgusting of all, there was hair left in the sheets of both beds. Renovations are no excuse for poor housekeeping and broken fixtures. I have reached out to management for compensation and hope they take immediate action to fix these sanitation standards. Avoid this location until updates and staff training are complete. Reached out to the hotel manager Danny Theodorow and never received a call back or email as if I never reached out just poor services.
Poor management! We booked a room for 3 nights months in advance. We were given a room in a construction zone. Carpet in front of our room was being replaced directly in front of our room all 3 days. We tripped over workers every time we left out too . Pounding and vacuuming starting at 8 am. We realize this is temporary, but what does this say about the management if they are willing to place guests in these rooms.Upon complaint, the would not move us or offer a refund. Plus, parking was inadequate and floors in the reception area and breakfast area were sticky
The pool and hot tub and breakfast.
The room was tight.
