Hidden Gem with Excellent Service for a West Hollywood Stay.
Pros:

Excellent location for business trip to Los Angeles. Also wonderful if for leisure travel. The customer service is par excellence! The Concierge is exceptional and provided a "white glove" service, patient, gracious, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The front desk and bell staff were also amiable, helpful and simply great with guests. I appreciated having access to the spa bath, excellent views of Los Angeles, and enough closet and room space to get work done and relax without having the bed as the only seating option available. I did not eat at the restaurant but the room service meals, including breakfast were delicious with timely and gracious room service. It is really worth the price and the stay.

Cons:

Nothing really! Perhaps more sitting space in the lobby but this is not a deal breaker by any means.

Great location, great hotel, great rooms - needs a little TLC
Pros:

Location could not be better in West Hollywood, as you are bang on the Sunset Strip with The Viper Room and Whiskey-A-Go-Go literally on the same corner

The vibe of the hotel is relaxed and cool though it is in need of a little bit of facelift/refresh to bring it back to what its potential could really be. A lick of paint here, some new furniture there - good as new.

The room (9th Floor suite) was big compared to regular US hotels - especially NY ones - and well laid out - though there was no separation between the bed area and the living area - so if you want to watch TV while someone wants to sleep - forget it.

The bathrooms were big, but were missing a bath and instead had a big twin shower area.

Windows were poorly insulated and if you are on the school side, you can hear the playground noise clearly.

Service is good with most people smiley and friendly.

Clenliness is also good around the hotel and in the rooms.

Though mentioned before, breakfast is Continental and anything cooked costs extra. This is a small thing, but makes the hotel seem a little nickle and dimey which is a shame.

Overall though, good value for money and I would definitely stay again

ゴージャスなビンテージマンションのようなサンセット・ストリップ近くの洋館ホテル。ロンドンに無料電話ができる。
Pros:

早期チェックインに対応してくれました。最上階に1泊だけ宿泊しましたが、窓からダウンタウンのシルエットが見たかったので、フロントへ依頼し、はじめの部屋から部屋を変えてもらいました。屋上プールからの眺めも良かったです。バスルームが広くて、ラグジュアリーです。朝食も野菜やフルーツが豊富でおいしかった。ウィスキーやロキシーなどライブハウスに激近です。

Cons:

トイレにウォシュレットはありませんでした。トイレはToToでした（ちょっと嬉しい）詰まりやすいかもしれません。

Pros:

This place has everything you need and want. Fantastic staff, extra roomy and clean rooms. The beds are incredible and they can make a mean Boulevardier! Hospitality at its finest. Will be our go to place to stay in LA moving forward.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Always helpful. We arrived at 8am. Given a room immediately and upgraded to a suite.
Breakfast was plentiful and great fitness centre. Rooms were spacious and beautifully kept. Coffee machine, mini bar, robe and balcony. Very quiet.

Cons:

Loved our stay and would highly recommend.
