Mondrian Los Angeles

Hotel was in a good location and at the start of the sunset strip. It had plenty of amenities and staff were attentive and always helpful.
Breakfast was quality and in a relaxed environment. I ordered room services and the food was wonderful. I also had a snack at the Sky Bar one evening and food was on point.
Rooms were large and had all I would expect from a hotel of this star rating. This hotel
Has a night club which operates most nights so the noise from the music can be heard - I was on level 7 and wore ear plugs each night as the music went u til 2am so if u don’t like noise u may need to ask for a higher floor. Overall a great and comfortable experience.

Upon arriving, everyone at the front desk was so helpful and I have to say they were there for me throughout my stay. I was traveling alone, so I relied on the team heavily. Isabella was so friendly & eager to help; always going the extra mile, Stephanie was extremely kind and professional, Destiny made me laugh & brightened my day, and sweet Keomi really came through for me when I made an error with my checkout. I had a great room with a magnificent view, and outrageous bathroom. I also enjoyed the gift shop so much! The hotel is the perfect location & so fun. I'll be back. Huge thanks to Gerald too!

We stayed at the Mondrian for 11 nights, I found that it was a great location and central to everything. Staff were friendly, especially Alex the night manager. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond.

Exceptional Stay – My Go-To Hotel in West Hollywood

Another outstanding stay at the Mondrian. This hotel never disappoints and continues to be one of my absolute favorite place to stay.

From the moment you arrive, the staff make me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of hospitality here is so great and is the main reason I return again and again. A very special thank you to Isabella, Kyle and Stephanie…their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly make it feel like a home away from home for me. I return often because of it.

The room was amazing—beautifully designed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Everything feels well maintained.

The location is unbeatable. Right on Sunset Avenue in the heart of West Hollywood, you’re close to everything…restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and the very convenient Equinox gym.

Guest service is very excellent and it’s a great value. Staff is so caring. If you’re considering where to stay in West Hollywood, I can’t recommend the Mondrian highly enough. Thanks again Isabella, Kyle and Stephanie!

Mondrian as a hotel brand helps the desirability of staying at Mondrian. As a family we booked four nights in two rooms. The hotel certainly has a vibe that goes throughout the main areas. Concierge, front desk and floor staff were all very courteous and helpful. We did notice that the hotel has licensed its food and beverage areas, including the pool to independent operators, which creates an uneven standard of service and care. This did cause some issues, such as not being allowed entry to the pool area as my wife and I did not have our ID with us (it was in our room upstairs); even though we showed them our room key! The rooms are large, but very tired and desperately need refurbishment. As this was the original Mondrian Hotel it should carry the flag for all subsequent Mondrian Hotels. It does not.

We had an amazing stay at the Mondrian celebrating our anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and truly made us feel special.
Chris deserves a special mention — his attention, kindness, and professionalism made our experience even better. As a lovely surprise, we were gifted complimentary breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to us.

Thank you to the Mondrian team for an amazing stay. I stayed here for work and felt right at home. Even from the beginning, Kiyomi was so welcoming and was able to upgrade my room based on availability. They upgraded me to a balcony room and it had the best view of LA and I have stayed at a lot of LA hotels for work. Their team even gave complimentary chocolates and a nice written note to welcome us. As part of the Chase reserve card, they added complimentary breakfast and $100 credit. Kiyomi was always checking in and went above and beyond the call whenever we needed something. My boss and I went out on one of the nights and they made sure we had additional waters when we came back. I am so grateful to Kiyomi and the Mondrian team for everything and I can’t wait to stay here again. It was a 5 star experience plus more! Please ask for Kiyomi if you want the best experience!

The room was great & the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they truly made me feel taken care of. Destiny and Angel were especially amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

Our stay was made perfect by the caring friendly staff, especially Autumn at the front desk! Hotel was clean and had fun design, great location walkable to everything, nice balcony room. But the very best part of this hotel is its team!! From Autumn’s help with our little travel home emergency to the kind fast valets to the bellman, I sincerely was impressed with the team. Great job.

When we arrived Bonnie & Jason greeted us at the front desk. Bonnie checked us in and very friendly. Since it was our first stay, Jaosn offered to give us a tour. He showed us the restaurant and the Skybar. Everything was done up for the holidays! He introduced us to the lady in the gift shop (she was very nice). He showed us his desk and showed us how to use the elevator. The room had a fantastic view and was spacious. The hotel is very active on the weekends but pretty chill during the week. We go toHollywood on a pretty regular basis and like to sample different hotels. We will definitely stay here again. When we left we felt like we made some new friends with some of the staff - especially Jason, we bothered him the most and he was patient and fun. Note: I would suggest this might not be the best choice for families with young children.

Though the hotel was sold out Concierge Jason Vance did an outstanding job of giving us a tour of your awesome hotel. His enthusiasm and pride were truly evident. We will most certainly contact him on our next journey to LA.

I had an amazing experience with Ki at the Mondrian on Sunset. From the very beginning, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Ki made the entire reservation process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to accommodate my stay.

Her customer service is outstanding — friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests having the best experience possible. Because of Ki, I felt confident and well taken care of before I even arrived.
