Close to the thruway, friendly staff, great water pressure in the shower.
Bathroom ceiling was dirty from moisture, repair in the bathroom was visible instead of cleaned and cleared up, I had to pay a $100 deposit without prior knowledge. Website said that breakfast was available but only coffee, juice and breakfast bars were offered. Hotel didnt have much of a lobby.

The attitude of many of the custodial staff was very arrogant much different from the reception staff.
The security
The floors were really dirty. We had to clean them ourselves and towel was black when we were done. The breakfast was very disappointing. It was just granola bars. And the elevator was broken.

The hotel was infested with roaches, and the condition of the room was absolutely disgusting. I have video proof showing the roaches and the unsanitary conditions. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
If you value cleanliness, hygiene, your time, and your money, please think twice before staying here. This was an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable hotel experience.
Very decently priced, even when booked last minute. There were many shops located just a stone’s throw away which made things very easy to quickly grab something. Great front desk staff who were attentive and helpful. The room came with a microwave, fridge, iron/ironing board too, which I don’t find common in a lot of smaller hotel stays so that was great.
Nothing was bad, just issues draining the tub in the bathroom. Minor issue though.

I found the floors in the room to be quite dirty, we don’t wear shoes in the house which extends to hotel rooms and our socks got so dirty.
The grab and go breakfast could use some updates, like fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, and maybe some real milk or cream at the coffee station. I get that the facilities are massive but I think that is doable. Even partnering with the breakfast business near by that would be great. Like a days inn special
The room seem newly renovated
staircase smells like urine plus I paid for 1pm checkout only to be awaken at 11am cleaning person walked in my room. I worked overnight I was not able to rest.
