事前に考えていたホテル以上の効果を出していた。
Pros:

自分が行きたい場所の立地がよく、また、荷物を事前に受け取ってくれるなどの思っていなかったサービスも受けれた

Cons:

やはりどうしても年季が入っているため施設全体が古臭く感じた。また、施設にはエレベーターがあったが、チェックイン時にわかりにくい場所にあった。

４連泊でも快適でしたよ。
Pros:

4畳足らずの部屋ではあるけれど、極普通のシャワー（共用）、綺麗に清掃されたトイレ（共用）、テレビ、ミニテーブル、棚などがあるので、寝るだけの生活には、全く不便を感じません。
外には自転車が停めてあったけど、許可とかで駐輪可能なのかな?

Cons:

やはり、エレベーター内の香水の様な臭いかな。
私の感覚では濃いです。

Pros:

寝るには充分な部屋の広さ、清潔な畳と寝具。TVと冷蔵庫に加えて小さな机があるのがPC作業に助かりました。WiFiに加えてタオルも２種完備でこのお値段は、個室で眠りたいというニーズを充分に満たしてくれました。

Cons:

寝るための利用だったので、特に無し。

ドミトリーではないので落ち着きます。
Pros:

必要にして十分な共用装備（洗濯機、乾燥機、電子レンジ、シャワー、男女完全別のトイレ、給湯器※お茶・コーヒーあり、エレベーター）だし、畳で狭いながらも完全個室なので、出張の常宿にしたいくらいです。

Cons:

エレベーター内が、妙に強目の香水みたいな臭いがしました。

Simply satisfactory
Pros:

Despite being extremely affordable, it was quiet, neat, no smoking, no room interference. Tea or coffee as preferred was always available. Hot water bath drove the cold away. I was worried when i saw toilet and shower rooms will be shared, however, i never met any one inside eithee the shower room or toilet whenever i used them, they were so clean that i felt i was using them alone. Toiletries were always available. Very neat and nice fragrance towels were provided in excess. I sure got more than i paid for

Cons:

Television wasn't connected to WiFi so my entertainment depended on watching YouTube on my laptop or phone

Pros:

3人で15000円で格安で綺麗でしたので良かったですね。シャワー室が2つ有り、シャンプーとボディソープも有り、部屋にバスタオルとタオル完備。管理室に無料サービスでコーヒー、味噌汁のパック、お茶、氷が有り、ドライヤーがありました。

Cons:

駐車場が歩いて5分のタイムズが雨で遠く感じました！シャワー室や、トイレ、管理室の写真があれば荷物が少なくて済みましたが。情報が少なくてもっと写真を追加した方が良いと思います。
