良かったです。
Pros:

お水、お茶、コーヒー等も揃っていてありがたかったです。
コンビニも近くにありトイレ、水回り、お部屋も綺麗、その上リーズナブルな価格で大満足です。

Cons:

21時にチェックイン。
受付の方がおらず機械で対応しましたが操作の仕方がややこしくて戸惑いました。
一晩中車の走行音がうるさかったです。
部屋が2階だったのでもう少し上の階なら静かだったのかな…。

Pros:

清潔でした

Cons:

シャワー、トイレが男女別なのは良かったのですが、各階にあるわけでは無いので不便でした
トイレに行くのにエレベーターを使うのは面倒です
女性フロア、男性フロアで階を分けてくれるか、階段があればなお良かったです

狭くても…説明どうりでした！
Pros:

洗面所…トイレ…シャワールームが共同なのですが…部屋の前の廊下と同じ階で近くて助かりました…

Cons:

部屋が狭いので…天井にぶつからないように、注意しました。2段ベッドを選んだので狭いのは仕方がないのですが、もっとグレートアップして…みませんかと予約時コメントがあつたので…承知でこの部屋を選んだので…納得の上です。

もう一度用事があればまた泊まると思う
Pros:

価格が安い。思ったより畳がきれい。安宿はお風呂が汚いのが相場だけど、ここのシャワーは比較的きれいでした。
wi-fiは早かった。

Cons:

布団が薄かったものの、式布団が二重になっているなど、安いなりに工夫されていた。
部屋の隅にホコリが積もっていたのと、シーツをよーく見るとシミがあった。また、部屋に髪の毛が落ちていた。
とはいえ値段なり以上の宿泊施設だとは思う。
