Pros:

3人で15000円で格安で綺麗でしたので良かったですね。シャワー室が2つ有り、シャンプーとボディソープも有り、部屋にバスタオルとタオル完備。管理室に無料サービスでコーヒー、味噌汁のパック、お茶、氷が有り、ドライヤーがありました。

Cons:

駐車場が歩いて5分のタイムズが雨で遠く感じました！シャワー室や、トイレ、管理室の写真があれば荷物が少なくて済みましたが。情報が少なくてもっと写真を追加した方が良いと思います。

コスパ良し・立地良し
Pros:

ホテルから駅も近く、横浜中華街にもすぐ行けるところ。鎌倉方面にも横浜・東京方面にも行きやすい。

Cons:

3月だからかもしれませんが、洗面所やトイレ、脱衣場に外気が入ってきてとても寒かったです。夏なら涼しくて良いかもしれません。

簡易宿泊施設よりは若干マシです。シャンプー､ボディーソープ共同シャワーですがありました。部屋にはエアコン､テレビ､冷蔵庫はありました。冷蔵庫は利用しなかったのですが、コンセントが抜いてありましたので、使うなら差して下さい。シャワー､トイレ､キッチンなど共有部分もそこそこキレイでした。

Cons:

フロントに人がいる時間が9：00〜19：00とのことで全く見かけられませんでした。チェックイン､チェックアウトは自販機みたいなもので､するので良いのですが、貴重品をどうしたものか分からなかったので､ずっと持ち歩いていました。またエレベーターだけ､柔軟剤みたいな独特の匂いがありました。

Good with the price
Pros:

The price was hella cheap. It's like a capsule hotel but you stay in a separate room. The facility is clean overall, and honestly, with this price, I'm happy with almost everything.

Cons:

The fact that women's toilet is on 2nd floor and I was assigned to stay on 6th floor was a bit mendokusai. I didn't have problem going to the 2nd floor to take a shower, but going to the 2nd floor just for toilet was a bit tiring.

入り口以後は全体的に古さが目立つ。
トイレや洗面所は学校を思い出す。今時の学校の方が新しそうでもある。シャワールームも水垢が目立つ。
部屋の匂いも気になったのでファブリーズを部屋中に使って対処。
備品の少なさ
洗面所には共用の使い捨て歯ブラシとシェービングフォームはある。それ以外は無い。シャワールームはボディソープとシャンプーのみ。
3泊だったがなぜかバスタオル2枚とフェイスタオルが1枚のみ用意されていた。
補充をしたかったが受付がいる時間が不明であった。また案内や連絡をするための案内も部屋や共有場所を探してみたが見当たらなかった。
ユーザーとしては事前に備品等について伝える必要であるなら注意事項や案内が欲しい。

This was really a great stay: clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. There were plenty of showers, toilet stalls, and the whole facility seemed well-kept and new-ish. The bedding was clean and crisp, there was a mini fridge in the room, and wifi was decent. I would be happy to stay again.

Cons:

The area directly around is pretty suburban, so other than 2 combini in the immediate area, you'd have to walk around 10+ minutes to get to most of the restaurants.

Check-in with staff is until 7pm, so if you need someone to talk to, you'd need to arrive early. It would have been good to have a small paper "guide" in the keybox, so you can figure things out and get started.

Other than that, I would've loved to have a faucet with hot water in the bathroom. Small gripes, honestly.
