Love the full kitchen for meals available.
Rooms spacious & very comfortable.
Staff was great.
We were there due to ice storm. They handled the 5 hr power outage very professionally, with compassion & good humor. Extra blankets were provided & a glow stick to light our room. The backup generators provided light in the common areas & kept the elevators running. They were well prepared!! We were grateful to stay there 2 nights.

Beautiful NYE Getaway!!!

The Room Was Spacious, Beautiful & Comfortable!!! The Hotel Was An Experience Of Its Own Because, I Fell In Love With The Decor Of The Lobby, The Glass Elevator, Friendly Staff & The Top Tier Breakfast!!! 10/10 I Highly Recommend!!!

The customer service was the worse. Someone called me Friday stating they had to move me from my room due to an event at the property. They tried to move me to a lower standard room in their sister hotel across the street. That was a lie they were not out of rooms. I ended up keeping my room. At the front desk was a woman who had a lot of attitude and was saying rude things to me about her coworkers not cleaning rooms. When we called for towels and went to receive them she also was rude to my husband. Most of the workers had attitudes through out the property . When checking out I was told there was an issue with booking paying the property but will get a receipt once the manager got it corrected. I asked did I owe anything before leaving property rep said NO!! I had prepaid on booking. I checked my bank account and the hotel took another payment out my account in which I paid in full $300.04 to booking but the hotel took $214.00 A big price difference. I’m very disappointed in my stay at this hotel.

Pros:

I always stay with embassy when I travel however this is by far the worst I’ve stayed at. There was no spa, which I thought it would have. The staff sucked. The supervisor never showed up and I wanted to talk to her. It really didn’t meet my expectations.

Everything about this experience was a two thumbs down
