We'd stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel lobby, clean room, wonderful breakfast and breakfast staff.

Cons:

The heat in the room could not be adjusted, so it got quite warm at night. We opened the window (it can be slid open ~4 inches) and that helped, but let the morning bacon smell in from the kitchen.

Central Hotel with comfy beds but service and attention to detail poor
Pros:

Central location. Beds are comfy. Gym has peloton bikes which was a plus.

Cons:

Very bad service. Staff seemed very put out by small requests such as ordering a taxi. Even then, they pressed a button for one but would not take responsibility for ensuring the taxi would go to the locations I needed, resulting in wasted time and unnecessary stress.

Corridors dirty with rubbish etc. Expected much more for a boutique hotel.

Overpriced food. Had to chase 3 people to order food in the bar, again felt a bit like they were doing me a favour.

Breakfast starting at 7am too late for business trips.

El tamaño de las habitaciones es bueno y son súper cómodas

Considero que el menú del restaurante es limitado, para el desayuno está bien, pero para la cena, no hay muchas opciones, además la relación precio es alto.

Great service
Pros:

Great location, great hotel and great support from the two lovely ladies at reception desk. I should mention Sofian from the restaurant of the Melrose hotel who every morning was making my day with proper comments. I have been several times guest at this hotel and present my respect to the management.

Brilliant,cosy hotel and with easy access to Washington
Pros:

Very convenient hotel to explore Washington
Manager Mahmoud Cherkaoui and his staff bent over backwards to be friendly and helpful, enabling us to stay in our room later than booked, getting taxi and giving us information about Washington and how to find our way around.
Rooms very clean and bed soooo comfortable
Prompt response when safe locked and we were unable to open it
Though some areas of the hotel are older looking( which we like) it was so warm (-10 outside) and such an ideal place
