Nightmare and unsafe
Pros:

Checked in on a Saturday night, didn’t realize there was a club attached to the hotel that interferes with parking. There were very sketchy groups of people on bikes in huddles in the parking lot that also made it hard to park. Broken glass was also in the parking lot as evidence that cars are broken into here. The staff member looked to be on drugs and was physically running through the hallways of the hotel. The staff member also gave us a “free upgrade” that we NEVER ASKED FOR into a double queen bed when we are one couple that booked a single king bed for a reason. When we went downstairs to fix this, my husband almost fell and went through the handles on the stairs- they were so wobbly it is genuinely scary. Once inside our room we found blood on the single clean towel in the bathroom, the screen to our window popped out and on the balcony, and no door to actually access the balcony. What a horrible experience all around. Tried to get a refund through Hotels.com and the property denied me.

Comfortable in Santa Fe
Pros:

This is an older building on the main street. The rooms were very clean and had a refreshing scent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. This location does not serve breakfast but does offer hot coffee in the morning. There is a homeless population that can been seen walking up and down the street by the hotel but we did not have any contact with them, during our stay we saw the security guard checking the property .

when i booked the rooms online the pictures showed a more updated building,

Pros:

The gentleman that checked is soon was really nice.He knew we were going in late and he kept our reservation

Cons:

The walls in the room are filthy.
The t v didn't even work
The bed felt like you were laying on a spring.
Druggies, just standing around outside around the building.

Excellent spacious great internet comfortable.
Pros:

Friendly front desk; felt welcome and at home on my travels. Hot coffee starting at 6 AM. Excellent value for the price. Many more expensive hotels just a mile down the road if you want fluff, but if you care about every dollar you spend, book here!

Pros:

How close it was to everything

Cons:

The people staying next us were smoking weed which made our room smell to with our kids in it. They kept banging on the walls as well. Also our sheets had so many stains or like grease and hair all over them.

Basic simple bare.
Pros:

Fine place to stay the night. Basic

Cons:

The remote only turned the TV on or off. There were spitballs on the ceiling.stains on a bed. Very basic room. Only two full beds and a TV. Lots of unused space
