Do NOT stay here.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, we were allowed to check in early.

Cons:

This place is a shit hole. Too many safety and structural violations. Lots of prostitutes. No locks on the windows, loose/unstable stair railings, fire escape doors locked, security doors unlocked, exposed wiring in the bathroom, deadbolt in room not locking, and too much more to list. I was highly considering reporting this hotel. I still may.

Pros:

サンタフェの中のホテルではかなり安くてよかった！ソファとテーブルがあったので食事をしやすかった。

Cons:

部屋はかなり湿っぽくてカビの臭いがきつかったので、窓を開けて換気しました。
原因はシャワーカーテンのレールが固定されていなくてトイレの方までびしゃびしゃになってしまうからでした。
壁の方もよく見ると黒いカビが生えていたので除菌シートで拭いておきました。

I was disappointed at every turn of this property.

Cons:

I was informed after we checked in that there was no elevator when asked to be to the first floor I informed that would be a rebooting fee and might make the system forfeit my deposit. So we stayed in our upper room. The stairs were an open structure that moved and made a horrible noise that I was sure would be proceeded by the whole thing crashing to the ground.
The building is probably 60 years old, and you could tell. The walls are paper thin, and the building had a smell of decay. Older doors and wall sockets that didn't work showed every year. The carpet my the bottom of my socks black
When checking in, we asked for a late check out of 1230. The desk attendant said yes. There was a load knock on the door every 20 minutes after 1120.
Lastly I was rudely informed that the front desk doesn't give out receict for my records

I was beyond frustrated and disappointed
