They need serious renovations and remodeling. Linen, towels, were all stained. Smelled like marijuana in the way. There was centipede on the ceiling.

Extremely dirty and unkept

The room was dirty and no coffee pot and the pool and jacuzzi was out of service which wasn't mention before booking And no ice bucket i was given a small thin bag for ice No face tiles 😑

The floors had stains, non-smoking rooms smelled luke smoke, the keys didn't work, and the back door didn't lock for safety.

I like that you can check in whenever but you get what you pay for. No, mattress protectors on the bed and the beds are truly disgusting.

There was urine all over the bathroom, it was supposed to be 2 queen beds studio and it was a king bed crap room. I want a refund. It said when I booked online there was breakfast, there was none. It was just absolutely overall a bad experience.

I paid for 3 nights and had to switch to 3 different rooms, the pool was down and I couldn’t get a refund out of the last two days

Bathroom toilet d8dnt work properly.

There were bugs in my room and the person at the front desk said I brung them.

Staff is rude.

This place was disgusting. There was an arrest the moment i walked in the door to check in. Soon as i got my key cards the hallways felt like i was in in a horror movie. As soon as i opened the door it felt like i just got inside a cesspool. The first thing i saw was the bathroom door handle broke (as if somebody kicked the door open). The bathroom had one one light bearly working. The toilet bearly flushed (I am pretty sure i only used that bathroom once). The shower....THAT SHOWER... you have a better chance of getting clean at the Michigan lake. The bed sheets had soo many holes in them and the only chair has soo many "love stains" that im pretty sure it was its own science experiment. One of the nights i realized that i did not have any towels for that nasty shower and i asked for some.. they got annoyed that i even asked for a shower towl and told me that "they dont have any" as they rolled their eyes .. didnt even bother to ask what room number to give me some. They genuinely did not care... and i am not some sort of karen i just wanted the basic things like towls and toilet papers (Im pretty sure they dont clean them anyways soo they did me a favor) .... soo much yelling outside my door and pretty sure there was illegal activity.. i dont care just dont have to be super loud about it... there was no respect for any of the guest there and i will never make the mistake of going to this hotel especially for last minute. P.s. this place is nasty

Hotel is not well kept up.

When we arrived the pool was down even though it says it working on the site. Our rooms were disgustingly dirty like the bathroom was not cleaned. We did have any toilet paper or rag or towels and someone else trash and dirty clothes was in the room when we got in the room. Well never book here again.

The pool did not work and the tv didn’t work either.

The smell was horrible there were ants on the window seal barely any air
The place had many leaks receptionist was very rude the batteries weren’t in the remote I went to the front desk and ask the some the lady was on her personal phone for a good 5 minute until she helped me then I had to go to the room to see if the batteries workedTHEY DIDNTi went back down to the front desk she was still very rude I asked for a new remote which has batteries in them but they didn’t work this hotel made me break down and cry I will never be returning back

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
