Near the airport and cheap. It did feel like a safe place and lady at front counter was friendly and helpful.
It was fine, you get what you pay for.
Despite the large parking lot, all car parks were taken. Make sure to organise in advance.
The girl at the front desk when I arrived was so pleasant and helpful that she was the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms aregross. The bathtub was disgusting. The rooms are old dated and I never slept all night. The breakfast in the morning was minimal, and I just called today and spoke to the front desk, which is a day after checkout, about billing, and she was extremely rude. I have not received a receipt yet from this hotel, but she said she would be sending it to me in my email. So the girl that checked me in Tuesday night was lovely and the girl that received the phone call today to answer. My question was again extremely rude to me.
It was so close to the airport. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were very accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we needed to extend our stay
Do NOT stay here!!! I got a room here last minute as my flight was delayed overnight. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but that was the least of my issues.
I woke up at 4 am to a man trying to get into my room! He was rattling the doorknob and knocking on the door, and came back 3 separate times within a few minutes. As a young woman traveling solo, this was a terrifying thing to wake up to! Half awake and scared out of my mind, I called the front desk who informed me that they had accidentally double booked the room, and would give the man a different room. They were hardly apologetic for their mistake.
I was so shaken up that I couldn’t go back to sleep. I decided to just go back to the airport 7 hours before my flight rather than stay somewhere I felt so unsafe.
Bottom line: if you want a hotel that feels safe, clean, and professional, this is NOT it!!
Location and price
Not the cleanest, pillows and beds not very comfortable and couldn’t use coffee pot in room. It was so dirty and had so much scale build up in water reservoir didn’t even want to pour water in it!
Clean, comfortable perfect location, perfect shuttle to the airport.
Breakfast was a little weak. No decaf coffee and the coffee maker in the room did not work.
This is the second time I've stayed here. It has been a wonderful stay both times. The staff are very nice and personable, the room is always spotless and comfortable, and as someone who loves planes, hearing them take off and land was an added bonus.
I am going to assume it was because of the wildfire smoke, but the pool wasn't opened this time I was there. That's the only complaint I had, and not even really a complaint per se.

It was close And easy access to airport
The floors had not been swept or mopped in our room. We had 2 queen beds and one had filthy sheets. So we used one bed.
