Truth in Advertising
Pros:

Nothing it was a complete bait and switch with all handicap accessibility was actually handicap adjacent as in sort of looking like handicap to pass some sort of fake inspection the bar in the tub was just above the top line I had to bend all the way down to the tub if I were to use it to get in and out because I have two bad knees and a fractured hip I came here because of the false advertised accessible I could not get delivery to my room because they didn't allow that though they give you a free GrubHub discount not only did I also have my own doordash because I was so disabled and the East meant between my room and where I had to pick up the food would take me at least 7 minutes if not 10 for a rest break because I almost fell at one point and the door is not any kind of handicap accessible the pool they advertise is only open in the summer you don't say outdoor or offer a discount for that time of year everything I had to pay like oh you can rebook online but you still have to walk all the way to the room pay $2 for a room key recharge and as a disabled person with a Mobility device I had to do this twice to the first room they changed me to a second room which was even further away and again I had to do it twice the second time I had to book paying a $2 fee for the room key that never works

Cons:

Bait and switch you can order pizza and ribs if you are unhealthy that makes sense for the bottom floor but when you're awaiting surgery hip replacement torn meniscus and your diabetic your A1C has to be under 6.9 so garbage Pizza and fatty ribs or fried chicken is all I can order from around here delivery to my door and that's what they offered no Hospitality to the disabled

Pros:

I had to extend my stay I regret every moment of it please if you are disabled in any fashion especially with a Mobility device or elderly do not stay here

Everything they lied about The handicap adjacent Advertising especially As it looks like handicap If you have to lay in this tub to get up In the bar is literally Four inches above the tub Edge what's the point you can use the tub up and down with the bar properly angled every disability perk they offered was handicap adjacent looking like it but just next to it one easement entrance for the handicap dude the whole row and it's only in the middle the handicap rooms when you have to get your key done twice then you have to move further down and you're in a Mobility device they are not doing any Hospitality of saying well let me check the key for the third time because the next room you get it happens again and they still don't care

The location was good

Cons:

I didn't like we had to get help with getting in our room everyday the door had a problem with opening. Plus we found a roach in bathroom very nasty we took a picture of it also.

Great location and staff. Rundown property in serious need of repair.

I wasn’t there for breakfast. I liked the location.

Cons:

In my first room, the chair had a broken wheel and I fell off of it as a result. Staff handled it with sincere apology but I hurt my back. Thie broken chair is an example of how much the property needs repair. The bathtub in my first room was covered in peeling paint. Unfilled wall holes and rust on the walls were in the second room.

I like that the location was close to my event that I was going to.

Cons:

I didn't like the head board was piling the material on it. We ask for more towels and we had to stop what we was doing to take all our old towels in order to get new ones. There was no parking spot so we Was told to park in front of the building and some people parked in handicap. The hallways and elevators could be more clean, its definitely time for an update. The price wasn't fair to the stay in my opinion and I still haven't received my refund yet.
