Helpful desk staff. Friendly staff. Coffee in the lobby. Towels ere plentiful and the shower supplies "Zero" brand were quite pleasant.
Breakfast was really much less than I expected. Eggs were awful. Sausage was over cooked and of very low quality. Selections were very limited. Constant banging noise travelled through wall behind our headboard from the adjacent room. (Very poor sound insulation) Damage to wall behind door very poorly repaired looked very unsightly.

One bed sounded like it was ready to fall apart. A lot of Mold around the AC which I didnt see until the morning. Shower temp was marked backward. Stained seat in the room. Dining area seating was very worn ripped and cracked.

There were a number of items missing from the breakfast offerings. It took awhile to check in because there was a large party (a baseball team) that had to be processed before us.

Terrible service by rude attendant. Tried three times for hot cup of coffee and never got one
The Front Desk was efficient and courteous when I called at 7 am when I couldn’t digitally check into our second room. They were efficient and courteous at check in and out.
Very rude attendant. When I tried to get coffee I politely let her know and she told me to go to coffee area at Front desk. Tried that and it was cold. Have her enough time to refill coffee in breakfast area secretaries again. It was tepid. While sitting at dining table there was a loud altercation between guest and attendant. She was shouting at him. They left saying they wouldn’t come back to hotel. Front Desk told them attendant would not be there when they returned. Other guests complained when checking out. Attendant continued talking loudly when sweeping. I was shocked. In my many years of travel I’ve never seen this.
In our room the toilet paper kept falling off the holder that was underneath vanity and rolling on floor. We opened new roll and had to place it on counter. No hot water in shower!
Bath Room: no hot water in shower, toilet paper would not stay on holder. Not enough lighting in bed room.
Will not stay at this property again.
Nice area near restaurants, they work with locals. free breakfast was good good selections.room clean and smelled good hallway clean and fresh not stained.
The pool need clean the bottom of pool or paint it again.
Well located near our route for travel next day.
Although breakfast hours were 6-10, when we arrived at 8:30 most of the food was gone. It was being resupplied but not until we left at 9 . In-room coffee was better than that provided at the breakfast bar . 3 over-ripe and inedible bananas were offered as the only fruit. Also, the bathroom shower is a lawsuit waiting to happen! Our check-in agent graciously upgraded us to a first floor, walk-in shower room (which turned out to be the handicapped room), but the construction of that space could not possibly pass inspection. The flooring was slippery vinyl wood planking and the water flowed out onto the entire bathroom floor. They had simply removed the tub, and put in a handheld shower and chair , and extended the flooring throughout the entire bathroom floor.

Nothing staff member was rude and unprofessional systems were down would not be check in and ended up having tk stay at another place. The front desk lady was unable to anwear any of my questions or if I could get refunded. Very horrible experiance.
