Konumu çok merkeziydi, kahvaltısı birçok otele nazaran zengin çeşitliliğe sahipti ve azalan ürünler hemen tamamlanıyordu, otelin içi ve dışındaki oturma alanları büyük ve konforluydu. Oda büyüklüğü gayet yeterli, yatakları gayet rahattı ve çalışanlar son derece nazik ve yardımseverdi.

I needed to check the luggage weight twice. and the tool wasn’t available to be used in the room once over two. It’ll be great to have it more easily
It was clean, cosy and with a modern touch. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Position right in the city center, with everything important that could be reached on foot. Very close to the central station, main attractions, restaurants and the nice city vibe.
Like in most accommodations in the area the toilet is separate from shower and it does not have a sink inside to wash the hands. You have to go from toilet to shower room to maintain your good hygiene.

The location of this hotel is excellent—just a short walk from Brussels Central Station and Grand Place, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a major issue: the air conditioning in our room was not working. We reported it, but were informed that no technician was available to fix it. We also requested a room change, but were told that no alternative rooms were available.
While the staff were polite and brought us fans, I would think a functioning air-conditioning system is a basic expectation, especially during warmer weather. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected a more satisfactory response to the situation.
Great location, but the handling of this issue left much to be desired.

Very close to everything, so it is the best location. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was very clean and nice. The lounge was nice as well.
There was only public wifi.
