No help with luggage, they used liquid eggs to make omelette for breakfast. It was not fresh.

Other than the car issue, we loved our stay.
Pros:

It was clean and very nice looking. Staff was friendly.

That our car was broken into and things were stolen. Maybe security needs to round more frequently.

made a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary and arrived for happy hour around 5:30 PM on 3/27/26. Unfortunately, it was far from a “happy” experience.
The bartender, Lacey, was very unwelcoming from the start. Her tone and mannerisms toward us felt rude and dismissive, which made us uncomfortable. What stood out even more was that she appeared warm and friendly with other guests at the bar, while we were treated very differently.
As the only guests of our ethnicity at the bar, the contrast in how we were treated made us feel singled out and unwelcome. Because of this, we chose to leave after about 10 minutes instead of staying to celebrate our special occasion.
We were really looking forward to enjoying our anniversary here, so this experience was disappointing.

Terrible for an Embassy suites
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Right off the free way our room was terrible we herd traffic all night, sheets felt like sandpaper and a full size bed isn’t big enough for two adults , our room smelt like a swamp and smoke there was mud or something on the bathroom floor when we arrived , bathroom sink was plugged and the outlets didn’t work by the bed and the tv channels were terrible

Suited our needs perfectly.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast selection was plentiful and we enjoyed the fitness center.

I will definitely book here again if I ever travel back to phoenix area.
Pros:

Great breakfast, loved the complimentary drinks, and great location.

Cons:

Rooms could maybe use some new furniture and a little updating. But still not bad at all.
