Pros:

Location was good, very smooth checking in process was also given our room earlier than expected, which was a great bonus!

Cons:

Although we liked the separate male female facilities in the spa, I think they should accommodate for married couples who would like to use facilities together.. not a deal breaker

daha giriş aşamasında olumsuz başladı. Otele gelmeden önce Booking üzerinden fiyatı kontrol ettim ve resepsiyonda bana

К сожалению, первое впечатление об отеле оказалось крайне неприятным.

Когда мы приехали в отель, цена на Booking была примерно на 50 евро ниже той, которую нам назвали на стойке регистрации. Я сообщила об этом сотруднику, и он предложил оформить бронирование через Booking прямо на месте. Я сразу же забронировала и оплатила номер.

Однако проблемы начались после заселения. Когда мы поднялись в номер, оказалось, что нам предоставили совершенно не тот номер, который был забронирован и оплачен. Вместо просторного улучшенного номера нам выдали старый номер значительно меньшей площади и более низкой категории.

Когда я вернулась на ресепшен и показала свое бронирование, сотрудник сначала настаивал, что номер соответствует заказу. Более того, во время разговора он несколько раз повторил, что нужно было бронировать номер напрямую у него, а не через Booking. Из-за этого сложилось впечатление, что причина проблемы была связана именно с тем, что бронирование было сделано через платформу, а не на стойке регистрации.

Мне пришлось потратить немало времени, нервов и сил, чтобы доказать очевидное и добиться номера, который уже был оплачен. Только после вмешательства другого менеджера, который проверил бронирование, ошибка была исправлена, и нам наконец предоставили нужный номер.

Отдельно хочу отметить ситуацию с депозитом за мини-бар. При заселении с нас потребовали залог в размере 100 долларов. Такая практика показалась мне неуважительной по отношению к гостям, особенно учитывая содержимое мини-бара — несколько банок газированных напитков, пару шоколадок и несколько упаковок печенья.

При выезде ситуация продолжилась. Сначала меня попросили подождать проверку мини-бара, а затем сотрудник попрощался со мной, даже не упомянув о возврате депозита. Мне пришлось дважды напоминать о своих деньгах и дополнительно ждать, пока будут искать конверт с депозитом. Было очень странно видеть такую настойчивость при получении залога и такое безразличие при его возврате.

Ne yazık ki otelle ilgili ilk izlenimimiz oldukça olumsuz oldu.

Otele geldiğimizde resepsiyonda bize söylenen fiyatın, Booking’de gördüğüm fiyattan yaklaşık 50 Euro daha yüksek olduğunu fark ettim. Bunu görevliye söylediğimde rezervasyonu Booking üzerinden hemen yapabileceğimi belirtti. Ben de birkaç dakika içinde rezervasyonu tamamlayıp ödemesini yaptım.

Ancak asıl sorun bundan sonra başladı. Odamıza çıktığımızda, bize verilen odanın rezervasyonunu yaptığım oda ile aynı olmadığını gördük. Booking üzerinden daha büyük ve daha üst kategoride bir oda satın almış olmama rağmen, bize eski ve belirgin şekilde daha küçük bir oda verilmişti.

Durumu resepsiyona bildirip rezervasyon bilgilerimi gösterdiğimde görevli önce verilen odanın doğru olduğunu iddia etti. Ayrıca konuşma sırasında birkaç kez rezervasyonu Booking üzerinden değil, doğrudan kendisinden yapmam gerektiğini söyledi. Bu nedenle, yaşanan sorunun Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yapmış olmamla bağlantılı olduğu izlenimine kapıldım.

Rezervasyonumda açıkça belirtilen odayı alabilmek için uzun süre açıklama yapmak, belgelerimi göstermek ve hakkımı savunmak zorunda kaldım. Tatilimizin daha ilk anlarında böyle bir durum yaşamak moralimizi tamamen bozdu. Ancak başka bir yönetici devreye girdikten ve rezervasyon bilgilerimi kontrol ettikten sonra hata düzeltildi ve sonunda ücretini ödediğimiz oda tarafımıza verildi.

Ayrıca minibar depozitosu uygulamasını da belirtmek isterim. Giriş sırasında bizden minibar için 100 ABD Doları depozito talep edildi. Bu uygulama misafirlere karşı güvensizlik hissi yarattığı için oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Üstelik minibarda sadece birkaç kutu meşrubat, birkaç çikolata ve birkaç paket bisküvi bulunuyordu.

Çıkış sırasında ise aynı görevli önce minibarın kontrol edilmesini beklememi istedi. Daha sonra tekrar resepsiyona gittiğimde depozitodan hiç bahsetmeden benimle vedalaşmaya çalıştı.
