Horrible experiencia. Nada recomendado

Cons:

No funcionaba bien las duchas ni el masaje que dan gratis de 15 minutos nos lo dieron porque no estaba la masajista, ni tampoco parece un hotel de 5 estrellas ni de 4. Horrible. Además lejísimos del centro. Muy mal todo.

They had not specified that the drinks in the fridge were not complimentary; we only found out once we were leaving and had to pay an expensive charge for the drinks. They should make it more obvious, especially to foreigners.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I had to wait almost an hour for my room instead of the 15 minutes I was promised, even though I was traveling with small children. The bathroom had issues, and it took several requests before a baby cot was provided. I also felt there was a lack of respect and consideration toward guests. Overall, the service needs significant improvement.
