Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, close to a lot historical places and is easily accessible by car or walking.
Breakfast is perfect for a city center hotel

Cons:

Some small details are to be improved. We had empty boxes with soap, cotton buds in the bathroom and staff didn’t pay attention to these details. Upon requesting they provided immediately. The shower gel finished on the second day and was jot refilled. Small details that can be improved

The Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Only positives.

Cons:

The water temperature in the pool is great for swimming but a bit cold for relaxing. It’s good to consider it as training session.

Malheureusement qu’une personne parler français et caution pas rendu en totalité à cause du bar dans la chambre, canettes boisson payer très très cher.

Good value for money for families.
Pros:

We got two connected rooms as requested. Rooms have large beds and clean bathrooms. We had breakfast included, and it was pretty decent. I would wish for more hot vegetarian and vegan options.

Cons:

The check-in and check-out processes were somewhat slow. Gym facilities are for children 16 years old and up only.
Pillows were not comfortable for us - but we missed that Ottoman's could provide other pillow types.
