Pros:

The swimming pool area was very good, comfortable, relaxing. The room was clean. The salad was good. The location is very central, closed to the pier. Water is free.

Cons:

To park in the hotel over night costs around 70 USD per night. The free water was purified, so it didn't satisfy my thirst. My pizza was clearly frozen, but the taste was quite good.

Great Stay
Pros:

It’s my first time back to this hotel in 10 years. It looks different but the hospitality is still on point. BJ and Armando with the valet team were super helpful and Edwin at the front desk was very accommodating after we had booked the wrong room.
Room was cozy, clean and food and drink were delicious and reasonably priced for the area. Favorite perk are still the bikes.

Our stay at Viceroy
Pros:

Our room was fantastic. Lovely view, clean beautiful rooms, staff was friendly helpful. We were sad to leave but will definitely stay again soon(our son just moved around the corner)
Location is wonderful and best of all while sleeping I can have the sliding doors open and can hear the waves crashing on the sand!( middle of the night) Thank you to staff for amazing stay! We will definitely be back soon!!!

Tyler from Valet was absolutely the kindest gentleman we met upon arriving. So helpful with information and immediately made us feel at home. Rooms are clean, the soaps and lotions are such good quality. All in all we will be back!
