Pros:

La ubicación fantástica, a un minuto de la playa y a 5 minutos del Pier de Santa Mónica, nos hicieron un upgrade y la habitación era preciosa y con unas vistas al mar increíbles. Las camas comodísimas y todo el personal super atento y amable. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo, muy recomendable.

The hotel and rooms were absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable, beautiful scent and fantastic location.

Not worth the money stay someone else
Pros:

I would not recommend staying at the Santa Monica Viceroy. Overall, the staff here is not helpful and seemingly has quite the attitude as if you are fortunate to stay there. The additional fees are laughable when you realize that they do nothing for you so as... no pool service whatsoever... the coffee bar and restaurant... order yourself and wait. The pool area was littered with pizza boxes and food not picked up. It was disgusting. The area was also disappointing as it was not safe after 9 pm. I will not stay here again.

Great experience and lovely people
Pros:

BJ and Hiroshi were so helpful, friendly, and very nice. Also, the lady at the front desk when we checked in was so lovely and made us feel welcome.This is our second time coming here and we will definitely come back next time when we are here!

La dimensioni della stanza e del bagno.

Cons:

Normalissimo hotel. Se non fosse per qualche cartonato qua e la per camuffare il tutto, la struttura sarebbe anche parecchio bruttina. Al check-in ti fanno tutta una serie di domande bizzarre (quante chiavi vuoi? vuoi registrare anche l'altro ospite? vuoi un bollitore in camera?) però non ti forniscono alcuna informazione sui servizi dell'hotel... la camera sarebbe una vista mare parziale, ok non mi aspetto una vista frontale però almeno di poterlo intravedere senza usare lo zoom del telefono perfettamente posizionato in uno spiraglio tra due edifici... Il vero problema comunque è che la struttura in sé non centra niente con quello che uno si aspetta... Forse bisognerebbe cambiare le foto

Fabulous stay
Pros:

We loved our stay at Viceroy! From the location, to the beautiful decor in the common areas as well as the rooms, and the comfort, to the atmosphere and service; everything was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. The hotel was always clean and the room cleaning service left our room in a better condition than when we left for the day. It was quiet at night and we were able to sleep well. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
