Ok not great
Pros:

I’ll start by saying that the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful. The challenge is the hotel itself. The photos make it look nicer than it is and I found blood on my bedding.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff and many interesting activities in the area
Pros:

The hotel is modern and very beautiful. The staff were friendly and willing to assist with everything, even opening doors and helping with luggage. The room was spacious and windows had good noise cancellation. The hotel is a walk from the Pier and bus stops. You can easily get public transport and the hotel also offers bicycles. We enjoyed our stay.

Felt Like Family!
Pros:

My husband and I just wrapped up a 4-day stay at the Viceroy, and it was exactly the vibe we were looking for as we needed a central, yet elevated home base while we visited all of our LA friends.

Edith & Alex made us feel like family when we checked in… seamless + champagne, so fun. Our room had an ocean view and everything we needed. PJ helped us with renting bikes and grabbing our bags - a total breeze!

A major highlight of our trip was Saturday when we had our group of friends join us ALL day at the pool cabana- Ruth, Vanessa, and Kim, were seriously incredible! Warren was a sweetheart during the entire stay as well.

What really sets this place apart, is the staff. They are genuinely some of the friendliest people we’ve encountered. Cant wait to come back!
